My husband and I stayed here while visiting the island. The location was convenient for visiting the Dole Plantation and the North Shore which is why we chose it. The price tag was a little high compared to staying at the Hickam/Pearl Harbor inns, but we went with it anyway. Check-in was easy, but it seemed like they would charge... More

This inn is sadly the grossest hotel / motel I've ever stayed at. When we walked into the hotel room my heart sank as I saw and smelt a nasty room. To think that our soldiers and families are offered a hotel room with such poor amenities, rooms and service breaks my heart. We've been here for a month due... More

What has happened to the service at the Schofield Inn restaurant? I now have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes just to order food? and then wait 30+ minutes to receive the food? the staff used to be quick and the service great but now there are many "supervisors" aimlessly standing around. They even jump in line to order... More

I was skeptical in booking our room after reading the reviews posted, so we only booked one night initially, but stayed another night a few weeks later. I can only assume that the place has been renovated since the people with the bad reviews stayed there. We stayed twice in a two week period. Both the rooms we had were... More

This place is a dump, let's be honest. The kitchen area of the room looks to be the only thing updated since the mid 1960's. Do not let your babies on the floor. Check out my picture of my sons feet after a bath (which worried me because the tub is dirty) when we walked over the carpet. The towels... More

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager and workers are rude. The Internet is awful, Netflix and all other steaming sites are blocked. The ice machine is located in the office behind the counter. Everyone acts as if it's an inconvenience to help you. I'm disgusted that this is a hotel that is supposed to take care... More

My stay here was for PCS and my room was nice and convenient for my inprocessing. Here is a list of my pros and cons: Pros: 1) centrally located to PX, commissary, restaurant across the street, and a 24 hour shoppette. 2) no kitchenette. This is good if you want to collect full per diem 3) friendly staff Cons: 1)... More

I am not active military and think our guys and girls and their families deserve better than this in their transition process. The room we had booked months ago wasn't ready when we got there and we called two days prior to arrival to verify. The staff doesn't communicate with one another and what one will tell you on Monday,... More

My daughter just move to Hawaii, along with her family . Made A reservation over two months ago they show up and they have no room for her and her family . To think the government or whoever is part of this and yet they don't get it right. Change management change policies or whatever but I think it's time,... More

When we came to Hawaii, we stayed in The Navy Lodge at Ford Island. Should have stayed there again. The service is poor here, there are huge gaps under the doors and its been a struggle to get at least four towels for four people. As far as WIFI - you can not access most video feeds or things like... More

“It was great having the room next to the Laundry; you can just pop next door to do your laundry or buy a Coke. Bring ear plugs if strong air conditioning white noise (a good thing in my mind) disturbs your sleep. Choose a room overlooking the courtyard; nice flowers, plants, fountains, and statues.”
