We're at the Hawaiian princess now, 12/2017. The rooms are dated, and ours was a time share exchange. It's clean, large kitchen, ample bath, queen bed in bedroom, living room has couch with foldout bed. They do NOT provide shampoo, and do not resupply the...More
All staff have been wonderful from the very first day when there was confusion over getting access to apartment.. The view from apartment is stunning...you are just meters away from the ocean. The cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall a nice place...More
Stayed at Hawaiian Princess on a timeshare exchange...we loved it! Peaceful, relaxing and beautiful! Everyone there (staff and guests) were very friendly and helpful. No extra charges for wi-fi or secure parking. We had such a wonderful time, we plan to stay here again!
I went to the Hawaiin Princess Resort on timeshare to rest and get away form the hustle of life and I LOVED it there. The staff is friendly, always saying Aloha when you meet them in the hallways, asking if you need anything, if you're...More

NO fine dining. This is a area that is more "local" than tourist. Just going to the grocery store people will stare because you are "not from there". Some visitor's are a little afraid of the area but if you are used to living with locals than it's ok but some people do have issues with the homeless. The resort itself is gated.

Yes you can. There is a Security Person available on-site, to let you in the security gate, and to give you keys to your suite. You can complete Check-In in the Office in the morning. The staff is the greatest.
