Spent 10 days over Christmas at this hotel. Although there were a few minor problems the first 2 days (noise mostly), Rey (the manager) and his friendly staff were very helpful and courteous. The hike up to the hotel from the main road can be a bit of a stretch, especially if you've been out walking around the area during...

While not new nor a resort, the Oceanview was a very comfortable stay for our family. I was very surprised at the size of the living and dining, which was spacious and allowed everyone a nice space to relax. Also, considering the beach activities, this allowed us plenty of room for gear, while not squashing us. The hotel is a...

Location was a bit far from the shopping area compared to most of the hotel but this provided a great view of the shoreline of guam :) the room was big enough for the whole family..we got the 2 bedroom suite facing the beachfront. The kitchen plus the kitchenwares were adequate and complete for everyone. Although the room was not...

We stayed in this hotel just one night while waiting for our weekly stay hotel. Nice hotel with a good view of the water from the tower. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus a full kitchen and living area. It would be nice for a large family looking for accommodations. It is on a pretty steep hill so be prepared...

If the owners will just fix up the hotel, even if they start increasing their rates by 20-50 dollars, I will not mind. I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen, dining, and living room. It was a good thing we had these facilities, as I was stuck for a whole day in the hotel because of a big...

We got this hotel for price and for that we weren't right on the beach. It is an older hotel but we were never in the room other than to sleep and eat breakfast. Some things were missing, like kitchen ware, but when we asked, they were brought up right away. Anything we needed, they got for us. The staff...

This was a good choice for our group. We were 2 couples and a single. We have 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The rooms were spacy and the bathrooms clean. We did get a room with a leaky bathroom and we were moved as soon as we reported it. Ask for a 6th floor or above and the 01 have...

Let's begin with an overview of quite possibly the most disgusting hotel on Guam. 1. Internet - it exists and is utter garbage. It is a network bridge which has multiple IP error issues causing you to get kicked off constantly. When you are connected your internet speeds depend entirely upon which room you get. Not all rooms have a...

Been there year ago but I still remember the view outside the hotel. We rented 1 unit for 6 people . It has 1 big room inside , spacious living and dining area, fully furnished and a big Flat screened TV in living area for a cheap price. The view really gives you peace of mind. The staff are friendly,...

There were four of us friends and this hotel was perfect. The location is close to tourist attractions and at night we can easily walk down the strip. There were lots of hotels and shopping spots to go to. The hotel accommodation was awesome. The room was clean and when we needed room service they were quick to help us....
