Stayed for 11days at this subpar Hyatt Hotel. The only 5 star I would give is the pool. Great pool with water slides similar to the one in Hyatt in Maui. But the place smells...musty, fishy at times. I Almost want to vomit but have...More
Arrival to guam was 4am. Very grateful to hotel staff to allow us to check in early. Excellent location. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Highly recommended to travellers. Restaurant offer various buffet options. Most enjoyable is the seafood grill buffet. Quality is good, very fresh
I can't stand old hotels. But, sometimes, almost no choice. Like in Guam. The hotel from 70s never had a reconstruction or simply never been renovated. Terrible room and floor smell like fish market. Cheap stainy carpets. Military. Japanese tourists. Only in-lobby wi-fi.

I always used the Taxi from the airport to the Hotel, you can catch anytime you arrived, I normally arrive in the midnight and have never trouble with catching em. I guess Miki taxi, who is the biggest Taxi company in Guam, gives you a fixed rate to the all hotels in Tamon area. And it's cheaper than hotel shuttle that cost you per person.
