We overnighted in Guam between Bali and Honolulu. I had read about the renovation of the hotel and all the screaming kids in the pool from other readers although we had a different experience. First of all, they are still renovating and there is not much choice for dining or shopping within the hotel. That being said the front desk...

Well I made my reservations weeks in advaced. They had my credit card info and all my information prior to our stay. When I and my newly wed wife got to the hotel it took a very long time to check in (15-20 mins) considering I made reseverations. I felt for paying 750.00 dollars for one night you would be...

I booked this room in Guam because it was listed #1 on trip advisor. When I got to my room, I tried to use the internet but it did not work (despite the fact I was sure to pick a place with wireless in the room when I made the reservation). I asked the front desk and they told me...

The Hyatt enjoys many positive attributes, such as a location in the center of the Tumon action on an amazing stretch of beach. Its pool facilities are well landscaped and have a fun waterslide. However, in the areas of service and rooms, the hotel falls far short of the other large American chain hotels on Guam. The rooms were looking...

If you're planning to shop while on Guam, the Hyatt is in the perfect location - close to Tumon Bay's shops and restaurants. You can walk up and down the beach in either direction as well. Pools: There are three separate pools and one hot tub. One of the pools was closed when I visited. The pool area is setup...

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Hyatt in Guam and I must say it was a perfect vacation. We walked in to see if they had any rooms available and since we were there just after the holidays they had lots of rooms. We got a GREAT military discount ($155 a night instead of $250!) and...

Stayed here for 3 days in October. We arrived at 4am, and after the tour company filled up some time with a city tour, the hotel was able to check us in at 10am. Room: was very nice, but it seems all the buildings in Guam are not well adapted to handle the humidity. All rooms have a large balcony...

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Guam in March and I am staying there again in June. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and comfortable and you are on the beach and in the center of shopping and dining. I have made this my hotel of choice for Guam!!

The rooms were very large, well-equipped, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools are connected by a jungle river with waterfalls and water slides. The hot tub was a little cloudy, but the pools were very clean. At night the lighting around the pools and gardens is spectacular.

I only reason I give it 4/5 is because there are so many Fantastic hotels in Asia and I didn't want to dilute the rating scale. But like the title says. It really is the best hotel on the island. Hard to beat the location, beach, dining, pool and activities. All others come in a distant second. I don't know...
