Cost performance is high when considering location with the Grand Plaza! This hotel is not amazing but provides a very ordinary room for a reasonable price and a sneaky-good location. For me and my wife, location is key. Grand Plaza is 7 minutes straight to beautiful Tumon Bay(lovely soft-sand beach), downstairs is an ABC Store(convenience store) open til midnight, and... More

The hotel is in a good location in Tumon. The rooms were clean and service was good. The tv was a bit small and they charged for wifi. The view from the room was a good view of Tumon Bay. The parking was free and the pool was nice. Overall a good trip and would stay there again.

We stayed here when we couldn't get into our first choice of hotels. They were very friendly and let us check into our room very early (for a small fee). Handily located for bars and restaurants. Roof top pool a bonus if you can't be bothered to walk to the beach. Again not geared towards UK/European guests but again, not... More

My kids enjoy in living there. Building is not new but well keeping and clean. There is a beach just cross the street. There are Japanese cousin and ABC store at 1st floor so very convenient. Bus stop also in front of the hotel. What you get is more that what you pay. I went to Guam more than 5... More

Nothing special but a normal 3-star hotel . But if you reserve through their own homepage, you can get free breakfasts during your stay and free transportation ( one way ).

Let me start this with: there is a scale between luxury and cheap! The Grand Plaza Hotel price wise is closer to cheap. The condition of the property is worn but comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were fairly large, and the location (just off the beach) is very good.

I booked a 5 day package holiday from Japan and this was the hotel included. After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, I was ready for the worst but it turned out OK. The Good. Close to the beach and shops. I got a big room with two beds. A big, soft double bed and a single bed. Good aircon, clean... More

This was my second time staying here and once again, staff was friendly, always willing to help with directions, how to get around and things to see and do. Ester is FANTASTIC. Close to DFS, all kinds of different culture restaurants, Very Berry Coffee is right there with some fantastics sweet treats.

I'll admit... I read the TripAdvisor reviews prior to going. I am not a picky person and can sleep just about anywhere, so I opted to believe the couple of folks who rated this place "alright". We were excited as the hotel come into sight, as from the street it looks alright. The first hints of what was to come... More

An older hotel and a bit run down. The owner really needs to update the AC units as my room barely made it to 75 by 5 AM. Otherwise it was over 80. Housekeeping was spotty. The bathroom light needed replacing and the bathtub was tilted so that water from the shower poured out onto the floor (Rm 607, btw).... More

“Don't accept a 7th floor room - Elevator stops at the 6th. Take a taxi from the airport it cost the same as the "service charged" hotel arranged ride and is much faster.”
