Our family stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Acadia. The location is perfect: a hop, skip and a jump to the park entrance and set on top of a hill so that every room has a view of the water. The view from our window was gorgeous. The room was not fancy but large and comfortable with 2 queen...

Hello, Thank you for the rave review! We appreciate your finding time to post it. There is definitely something about looking out over the ocean that makes our hotel special. I never tire of the view! It sounds like you and your family enjoyed the park, the town and the hotel! Hope you have a great rest of the summer...

The best thing about this hotel is the great view of the islands and bay. It is an easy 1/2 mile downhill walk into town and you can take the free shuttle there and back until 10PM. The room itself is early Holiday Inn but clean. We don't spend much time in the room when we travel so it worked...

Thank you for posting a review on Trip Advisor, it is greatly appreciated. Glad you gave the walk into town a try. The bus is great on hot days, though. We seem to be in the middle of a heat wave right now. Also am glad to hear you enjoyed the view and breakfast. Hope you have a great summer....

This was the last stop on our honeymoon, and the best by far. The hotel's location is perfect. The views are majestic at dawn, at dusk, and in between. Our room was very clean and roomy. The continental breakfast was great. We are already planning another trip to Bar Harbor, and we plan on staying here!

We would stay here again. I believe that there are different room layouts. Our room (an inside corner) was large, had a balcony and view of Frenchman's Bay, two comfortable queen beds that even my firm-bed-loving back could sleep in for several days, an extra vanity/sink in the room. It was very convenient to have the Island Explorer bus pick...

Hope you had a safe trip back to Memphis! Thank you for taking time out of your day to post a review, it is so helpful for potential guests to get a feel for our establishment. Having a guest post that they would stay with us again is truly the comment that makes us feel we are doing our job....

The Atlantic Eyrie Lodge was the perfect location for 350 people looking for a natural setting to enjoy our annual week away. What fantastic hosts the staff was of our annual Family Nature Summit. The food was wonderful and healthy, accommodations comfortable and location was perfect overlooking the Atlantic. Our family will rave about this location for years to come.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel over the July 4th weekend for a family reunion. We are a family with two teenage boys and stayed on the third floor waterview room. Hello, Thank you for the enthusiastic review. You certainly chose on of the most fun filled holiday times to be in Bar Harbor. Lots to do and see. It still amazes me that going on a hike in the park you can still find some solitude. I hope your teenager enjoyed the hiking as well as had a chance to...

We are regular visitors to Bar Harbor during the summer (our 15th yr this year) and we have stayed at many hotels on the island. The Atlantic Eyrie is by far one of my new favorites! The lodge has the best view of Bar Harbor that I have seen so far and the lodge itself is charming. Large, immaculately clean...

Thank you for the lovely review. You might have guessed we are all animal lovers at the Eyrie. We think our pet friendly rooms work out really well for giving a little tlc and walks for the dogs. Glad you found that to be true. You are a regular visitor to Bar Harbor so you probably could give us a...
