My wife and I started our New England vacation, beginning in Maine with this B&B. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt very welcomed by innkeepers, Jane and Steve. Both of them have a great sense of humor and had us laughing every time we ran into them. We stayed for two evenings at this inn and...

Excellent customer service & beautiful accommodations. We started receiving communications as soon as booked our room. Every detail was perfect. The owners are a wealth of knowledge on what to do in the area. Thank you for the wonderful experience & memories.

We spent one night in the Chatsworth room in January. Everything about our experience at Aysgarth was excellent: comfortable King bed, very nice room, many amenities, excellent breakfast, great but quiet location, and Jane shared lots of hiking tips during a time of year when parts of Acadia are closed. We would definitely plan to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here in late October 2015. This was a late surprise birthday trip for my husband and we loved our stay here. The owners are incredibly welcoming. As soon as we arrived they ran us through all of their house policies and procedures and took us straight up to our room. We stayed in Treefalls and...

I was staying in Bar Harbor for a conference, and Aysgarth Station couldn't have been better! Jane and Steve were so accommodating, one of my colleagues who stayed down the street was able to come and sit down for off-hour meetings, enjoying the tea and snacks so thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was amazing every morning - fresh fruit and a plate...

Jane was super helpful during our one night stay in Bar Harbor. She gave us driving route, hiking trails, and even recommended an excellent restaurant for New Year's! We stayed in the Whitby room which was their last room available and while on the smaller side, it was completely adequate.

This is the place to stay in Bar Harbor!! The house and furnishings are very authentic for a home in Bar Harbor in the 1910s!! The B&B is very clean and some rooms have decks and jetted tubs!! The best part are the owners Steve and Jane!!! They are awesome! They are both willing to give advice and answer any...

Jane and Steve are excellent hosts. They are very knowledgeable about the area and have an impressive library of guidebooks, trail guides, restaurant reviews, etc. available in their cozy living room. We were there in October and the gas fireplace was wonderful in the early morning and evening. Jane's breakfasts are culinary treats. While Jane is English, her breakfasts are...

The innkeepers offer a wonderful place to stay, great breakfasts and all the suggestions you want/need about exploring Acadia National Park. If you're lucky, Steve will greet you and give you a warm welcome...he even carried my bag up to the third floor for me! Much appreciated. The breakfasts are truly a highlight of the visit! Jane prepares something new...
