A beautiful home in a perfect location! I stayed two nights for MDI marathon. Heidi and Gary were so kind and welcoming. I checked in early, which they accommodated graciously. My room (Talleyrand) was lovely and comfortable. The entire home sparkled. You could probably eat off of those wood floors, they looked and smelled so clean. (I didn't, of course)....

My wife and I returned to the Atlantean and had a wonderful time during a three night stay. Gary and Heidi are gracious hosts and the property is excellently maintained. We stayed two nights in the Rosserne and one in Birchcroft, both on the third floor. Birchcroft was remodeled since we last visited, and it is spacious and comfortable. The...

Just off the main drag of Bar Harbor, in walking distance of great restaurants and shops and minutes from Acadia National Park, this charming and delightful B&B is the perfect place. Tasteful and lovely furnishings, delicious breakfasts, and well-appointed, comfortable rooms. Heidi and Gary are wonderful hosts who make everyone feel welcome and are always ready to share helpful tips...

From the moment you step into the beautiful foyer, you are taken back to a time of luxury and beauty. Heidi or Gary will greet you, and give you a tour of the common areas. The breakfast room is especially gorgeous with wonderful woodwork, a fireplace, and a sideboard original to the home. They keep tea and a Keurig available...

We picked this place off the Internet and then looked to trip advisor for reviews. A GREAT pick! Different sized rooms in this 1903 gem. Heidi is the perfect host. Gary is an incredible cook. Located right in the middle of town, yet a quiet block off the noise and activity. Don't pass this one up!

We had such a lovely weekend at the Atlantean. We chose this B&B because it offered a vegan option, but it was so much more. The hosts, Gary and Heidi, were so kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful with classic charm and up-to-date amenities. It's location is awesome too...very close to the town center. We will definitely stay again...

The Atlantean Inn is gorgeous, warm, comfortable and immaculate. The grounds are beautiful and afford a quiet and serene setting among the hustle and bustle of the adjacent downtown area. Heidi and Gary provided open and welcome grounds and common areas yet all the privacy we could possibly want. The creativity of the meals and lovely service is surpassed only...

My boyfriend and I stayed here August 24-26th and we absolutely loved it! This is our 3rd summer in a row visiting Bar Harbor and this is the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in. It is a beautiful home right in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. It has that bed and breakfast feel with a modern touch....

We have stayed at several hotels including waterfront Bar Harbor Hotel - this is by far the best choice. The house is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The location is great, right off the main street near the center of village. You can park your car behind the house and not have to worry about where to park. The owners are...

The Atlantean rates at the very top over the many inns we have stayed in during our travels. Beautifully done with a tasteful combination of new and original it was hard not to stay there all day instead of getting out to explore. Large rooms with comfortable beds and lovely linens, new top of the line bathrooms with fantastic showers,...
