We have been coming to Bar Harbor campground for 18+ years. The original Robbins family is still involved in the day to day running of the campground. Craig and his very capable crew of associates keep the cg running smoothly. From the friendliness to the cleanliness and far beyond the experience is what has campers returning year after year. Convenient...

Conveniently situated near Bar Harbor. Nice people at the front desk. Bathhouses reasonnably clean. Clean pool and nice playground for children. Lots of blueberry bushes! Great for family, but can be less quiet early in the morning...

Stayed here after spending 3 nights at Camden hills state park, and preferred the state Park. Few sites were available for full hookup and were amongst long term campers. After a heavy rain, significant water pooled in the site which drained poorly. The best views in the campground are occupied by the pool, dumpout station and laundry house with a...

We have been camping at this campground for about 20 years now and I still love it there!!! Bar Harbor Campground has a beautiful ocean view, swimming pool, and laundromat at the top of the hill. It is very family and pet friendly. Thank you Bar Harbor Campground for always making our annual visit to Maine even more enjoyable!!!

We stayed here for a week, after finding out that our reserved site at a different local campground had been double-booked and they didn't have a spot for us. We could not have been luckier. Bar Harbor Campground is one of the best run campgrounds we have ever stayed at. The bathrooms were immaculate, staff was extremely friendly and helpful,...

We stayed here three nights and although the non existent reservation policy is novel we found a site and have enjoyed the quiet, clean camp ground. We did not use any facilities so can't comment on that but the proximity to Acadia NP is wonderful.

The sites are more private, but it is first come , first serve. quiet and close to all , but rules are enforced. Lot of locals come up on holiday weekends and sometimes that can be loud, but other than that a very peaceful, clean , serene place. reassonable in price and very helpful staff. just don't have your heart...

Perfect campground near Bar Harbor. Reasonably priced, has a pool and bathtubs. Feels a bit crowded on weekend, do not expect any wildlife (not a squirrel). 10 minutes by car to Bar Harbor or Acadia Park.

This campground does not accept reservations but is very large and had plenty of sites. The sites were nice but close together. The bathrooms aren't the best we'd seen but we're clean enough. 25¢ for a five minute shower. On our trip around Maine this was one of the least expensive campground we found. But caution they do not accept...
