During our recent stay at The Inn at Bay Ledge, we enjoyed visiting nearby Acadia National Park and loved the views from Cadillac Mountain and the vistas throughout the park. However, we always enjoyed returning to the lovely setting at the inn. Beautiful gardens surround the inn and the pathways around the inn lead to breathtaking views and cave outcroppings...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Inn in the Summer Cottage. I can't say enough about how wonderful our entire experience was. The cottage was magical! The beach below was intriguing. Our breakfasts were creative and delicious and Jack's stories and advice were priceless. We can't wait to return!

Just have a peek at the back of the Inn and you will be amazed by the beautiful garden (including pool) and view. We stayed in room 7 in the main house which was very spacious, with a good bed, private deck with deck chairs and a great view. We really enjoyed Jack's (the innkeeper) hospitality, stories and last but...

We chose this inn for our final two nights in Bar Harbor. Staying in town the first two nights, we were looking for something away and on the water to relax the next couple of days. Everything about this property is first class. The grounds are beautiful, not just because of what God has provided, but also the flower gardens...

My wife and I stayed at The Inn at Bay Ledge for 5 days, making it a large part of our month-long trip to Mount Desert Island and environs. Although I originally hailed from this area (spending my early years only about 2 miles from The Inn), I had not visited the island in over 20 years. This trip was...

We chose the Inn for a family trip to Bar Harbor and our stay was absolutely incredible. Jack and Jeani are the perfect hosts, with Jack's storytelling and local knowledge complementing Jeani's wonderful freshly purchased and prepared breakfasts and snacks. The property is truly stunning, with the huge porch, beautiful lawn and gardens, ocean overlook and stairway leading to the...

My wife, 2 girls and I just stayed at the Inn at Bay Ledge for 3 picture perfect days in August. The Innkeepers, Jack and Jean, own a beautiful B&B that is situated in a perfect location - it's only a 10 minute drive from the activities in Bar Harbor but it sits on quite residential street. It's hard to...

We recently spent 2 delightful nights at The Inn at Bay Ledge. Our room was wonderful, and had all of the amenities we love. The view from our window was spectacular. The innkeepers and owners, Jack and Jeani, were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch each morning, which was above and beyond our expectations. When we return...

We've previously stayed in Bar Harbor two other times at a very nice B&B in town, however, we were unable book a room there this time - so, instead, we choose to stay at the Inn at Bay Ledge. We stayed there three nights. We were very happy with our accommodations (Room 9 - a smaller room with a queen...

My wife and I recently stayed here after the completion of my Appalachian Trail thru-hike. We found it an ideal place to reconnect after five months apart, and it was a wonderful setting for us to rest and relax. Jack and Jean were the perfect hosts. Jean's breakfasts were amazing, and Jack's insider tips on where to go in Bar...
