Good hotel on the outskirts of Boston. Easy commute to Boston via train ( red line). One way $2.40. Commuter parking located on Newport Ave. You need an app "paybyphone" to pay for parking there ( $5 per day). Or you can walk to the station from the hotel (20 minutes walk). Taking a train is a good solution to trying to find parking downtown Boston.
Good restaurant in the hotel.
Rooms are clean but housekeeping is every 72 hrs unless you request more frequently. Coffee maker and fridge in the room. Free full breakfast. Free parking.

We recently stayed at the BW Adams Inn on the night before an early flight out of Logan. The property in general was very spacious and clean, as was our room. I did, however, smell marijuana wafting in the hall which was a bit off-putting. We made arrangements for the 5am complimentary shuttle to the airport, and the shuttle arrived promptly at 5am. Because we caught the early shuttle, however, we missed out on the complimentary breakfast but did manage to grab a cup of coffee. We left our car at the property for the duration of our vacation. Upon landing back at Logan, I called for the shuttle, and the wait was about 15 minutes before the shuttle arrived...not too bad. Shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous. Very good value for what you get....room, breakfast, shuttle, parking. Would definitely stay here again when flying out of Logan.

Great providing Shuttle upon arrival at Boston Logan Airport (shuttle wasn't available they sent a Lyft to get us) T Station a short 10-15 minute walk. Nice having the Adam's Pub attached to Best Western. Staff was very helpful!

We stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and it was great. But this trip was the complete opposite. When we arrived 3 hours after check in time, our room had not been cleaned yet, we waited 45 min, and with the room still not cleaned was given the option from the front desk to either go to a smaller, more expensive room, or leave and find somewhere else to stay. It was late, so we asked if they could contact a manager, which they finally did after 20 min, and we were given the smaller room for a cheaper rate. Score 1 for us! Well....despite the hotel being "smoke free", the room wreaked of smoke, but again, it's late so we decided to suck it up.
Next morning we went to get their complimentary hot breakfast, which the price of the hotel supposedly includes, and we discover no breakfast, only cold sack breakfast. I had called 3 weeks prior to confirm this would be available and was told yes. So now more money out of my pocket to take my family out for a hot breakfast.
Last issue was with check out when we learned our room pricing had not been corrected. Another 30 min of waiting and they finally fixed it.
Sidenote: When we were trying to check in, there were 2 other families turned away that had reservations, but their rooms had never been cleaned before housekeeping left for the day.
NEVER AGAIN will we be staying here.

I stayed here for four nights in August 2021. The hallways were littered with trash. The room was never cleaned nor made up. The bedroom's only trash can was never emptied. Bathroom linens had to be requested and then I had to retrieve them myself from the front desk each day. In spite of boasting they are newly renovated, the bathroom fixtures did not work properly. The front desk staff is cheerful but not very effective. If I alert management to a clogged sink, I expect a staff maintenance person to repair it - not offer a plunger so I can do it myself! As a Best Western Rewards member, I expected better service from this hotel. Next time I will be using my Marriott Rewards Membership instead.

Very disappointed that we paid the typical rate for a room, and we seemed to be the only true hotel guests in the building. Not sure if it’s a halfway house, rehab, or homeless shelter, but their “office” is set up in the lobby, and the guys have totally moved in. As paying guests, it felt very awkward being right there as they were conducting their business and going over client files.
The numbers of individuals loitering in large groups and smoking outside were a cause for concern.
We applaud BW for helping out during the pandemic, for sure. These people deserve to be safe and given help.

However!!!! Continuing to rent rooms to regular paying customers without disclosing their current clientele is double dipping and not ok. Had we been advised, I seriously doubt we would have chosen to lodge our family of four in a makeshift shelter.

The location of the property is lovely, and should have been a nice stay, but these issues and the horrible plumbing leak that had been ignored for a long time in our room prevented it.

My stay at The Best Western in Quincy was awful. From the moment of check-in we waited 5 minutes or more to get service. Also we were greeted by a MOUSE when entering the room. When we came back to the front desk to try to get someone to possibly clean our room or move our room to the same room we PAID for. the down graded us to a different room with our SAME pay.

The moment I walked in, I knew I couldn’t stay. There was a deafening, and I mean deafening, grinding sound coming from the bathroom. You couldn’t hear each other speak it was so loud. I couldn’t imagine anything less relaxing.

On top of that (frankly) deal breaker, the room was dirty, the TV was too old to hook up anything from the past decade, and the furniture was a couple uses away from breaking down and collapsing. Plus, the bed was right next to a floor to ceiling window that opened right on to a public path everyone at the hotel was using.

I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I didn’t even unpack before I had to cancel my reservation.

The hotel smells like mildew and a sewage backup.There was no hot water. I tried 3 different rooms before just coming to the conclusion that this hotel could not provide a basic bare minimum night of comfort.

The location of this hotel is a great center point from the city of Boston, Quincy, Cape Cod, and Salem; all of which my family and I visited. We toured old cemeteries, went to nearby harbors, and took in historical tours. I highly recommend the Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston because after a day of site seeing and tours you can just relax and then start again the next day. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as to things we wanted to see and do while up in the area.

Don't know about the homeless but wouldn't surprise me. My visit was horrible. Had fruit flies in my room 3 straight days and in restaurant before I had enough and went to another place. Carpet in room was filthy. Shower rod was about to fall off.shower floor had hole in it Covered up with white duct tape. Front desk was not pleasant. They said there were bag breakfasts avaiable but never saw them. I left a new shirt in the closet and called to have it held which never happen, mgr said he would get it, from housekeeping who was off 3 days after, nwver got it even after calling and going back to get it. Called Best Western Corp office got a claim #. A joke,they never. Alled me back with an update. It was a $55 shirt. Stau as away as possible. Use Air b n b. And uber.

Book a stay, park and fly package which includes leaving your car at their lot. Free shuttle to and from airport which is run going to the airport on a scheduled basis while returning from the airport you need to call for a pickup which can be ten to thirty minutes depending on traffic.
