Hello. Thank you very much for your feedback. We do apologize for the noise during the renovation. The renovation team starts no earlier than 9 am but I do understand that the noise can get loud at times. I am happy you did enjoy the hotel besides that. We look forward to having you back with us. We spent two nights in this lacklustre hotel. It is a very tired hotel that has not received the facelift needed to bring this building up to BW standards, much less "premier" status. The room was tiny, the bathroom little more than a closet. Not only was the room dusty, it was dark (only had an "inside" window with a...

Hotel is great location to Union Square. Easy access to Powell street BART station. Room was small but went for trip with my 15 year old and spent most of time sightseeing and shopping. The cable car stop is right on corner of hotel. No breakfast offered but plenty of options around hotel. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was dated; as should be expected in a Gold Rush era building. This isn't a modern property so don't expect modern amenities. But the privacy was worth the trade. We heard no noise from other rooms OR the city. As downtown Seattle residents, it was a noticeable and welcome change. The staff is...

We were very pleased with preservation of charm matching to the city of San Francisco! Location is great! No need to have a car because there are many ways to get around. The hotel was very charming. Extremely clean and comfortable! Loved having coffee in the common areas, "living room style" a bar room area with tv to sip coffee...

Given the location and proximity to the conference center, stores and restaurants, it was overall a good deal. Rooms were clean, modern, beds were good and staff courteous and helpful. It was convenient to public transportation.

The hotel was decent for the price and is in a good location in Union Square and we were upgraded to a renovated room, but the rooms are very small. Also, there was no heater in the room, so they had to bring us a space heater to heat the room which was a little odd, but it did the...

Despite the fact that the hotel was currently undergoing additional refurbishment during our recent stay, it was comfortable and very easy to navigate to from the airport, without using any high price transfer shuttles. Would recommend catching the BART train to Powell Street, then either the tram or walk up 3-4 blocks past Union Square into Sutter Street. Don't be surprised...

The room itself is smaller than im used to but good enough...
