I enjoyed my stay at Music City Hotel, I felt safe, staffs were very helpful. For San Francisco conditions, the price is nice, the location is quite central, few minutes away from Union square and from a cable car line. Nice is the opportunity to use a fully equipped room for band rehearsals, however, I am not a musician. One...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The common bathrooms may benefit of a second clean shift during the day. The hotel is in a good position and tours shuttle pick up at the hotel. A good price/quality rate.

Stay was very good. I met many people from all over the world and some weird and funny locals. Cleaning is simply excellent, the Latin girls who are working there are very friendly and helpful. Also Sarah at the front desk is the best!! About your roommates it's just about luck :) Location is perfectly in the middle of the...

the location was fine, the staff was friendly and there's free apple and coffee and tea. the bed was really comfortable. BUT, There's No elevator and the stairs are narrow so it's inconvenient to get my luggage upstairs. restrooms are limited, there's only tow on the second floor, and I could hear everyone talking outside of the room and from...

We arrived a little early for our 2pm checkin, and was told it was a 3pm checkin and if we wanted to avoid the crowds 3:30 was a better time. The room was compact but clean and comfortable and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. However amongst other things this hostel has a management problem, we should have...

This place is dirty and the rooms smell musty. We thought it was going to be a charming little place to crash in the city but we were scared to sleep in the beds because the sheets were so stained. The street noise is loud and the bathrooms are gross!!!!
