My girlfriend and I stayed at the Post Hotel with the utmost satisfaction. The price for the room was a bargain in terms of the location. We couldn't be happier. Our room was clean and tidy. The front desk was incredible. Bilal and Namira were...More

This is a budget option and should be reviewed as such. The main positive point of the hotel is the location which is excellent. When you take the - relative - cheap price of the hotel into account, the location in itself can be a...More

I booked a room for a little over $90. Go to check in and they apparently needed a $300 incidental fee that supposedly would be refunded the day after. As a normal person an extra $300 kind of dampens the income. So I paid for...More

Originally home to rallies supporting the Union Army in the Civil War, this grand square has become the city's premier shopping and entertainment district containing the largest number of upscale department stores, chic boutiques, art galleries and theatres in the city. It's a large open area where tourists and locals gather, watch cable cars and crowds go by, enjoy a snack, or plan their day of shopping and
sightseeing, If feeling the pulsating energy of the city is on your agenda, Union Square is the place to soak it in.

We were able to get to SFO pretty easily via BART. I'm not sure what time it starts running on Sunday mornings though. There were signs at the front desk about an airport shuttle - I thought I saw something about it costing around $20. I think Alcatraz Bike Tours, which is only about 30 feet from the hotel entrance, also arranges for a hotel shuttle. The shuttle might be worth it, as the BART one-way trip still cost around $9.
