The location is great, close to a lot of the action, dining, and shopping in the downtown area. Short walk to the BART as well. Rooms are fairly comfortable and not as cramped as some i've stayed in SF. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

There's no a/c in my room. You don't need it in SFO because it's cool and windy. I don't have safety deposit box in my room but you can ask front desk for more info.

They have private rooms with shared and private bathrooms, it depends on what you choose.
