Not very picky about asthetics typically so the bare bones room itself didn't bother me much but we couldn't access the wifi at all and had work to do, the network was there but no internet behind it. Spent a lot of time at Starbucks half a mile away. It feels like a secure place as you have to be...

The room wasn't cleaned properly, there was blood and a sewing needle with blood on the floor. I stepped on the needle but luckily the needle didn't break the skin on the bottom of the foot. The wifi was non existent, the excuse was that the router was out, we were not informed of this when we checked in. We...

Before I booked the hotel, I called them to ask if they might have a small refrigerator in their office where I could keep a couple of my cancer supplements. They said that they did, indeed, have an office refrigerator and that I was welcome to use it. When I arrived and went to the front office with my supplements,...

We stayed here for 4 nights in total and all in all it was a very comfy nights sleep. When we first arrived we were sent to a dirty room but as soon as we let them know we were upgraded and the staff were very apologetic. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy with very very...

This was a very inexpensive hotel my coworker and I booked, not knowing the status of the area. The staff was friendly, which helps when realizing what sort of neighborhood it's located in. The pros: it's a cheap hotel, the Bart transit subway is not too far of a walk. Busses are on all surrounding streets. You're surrounded by many...

The rooms are not as nice as the pictures. The service is terrible, everyone that works there has no idea of anything. I once asked for the manager a couple of time and he was never there, they told me to call him and he never answers. The only thing they want is your money. Go somewhere else!!!

Our experience for one night at the Red Coach was satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the temperature was fine, and we felt secure. It's in a noisy and slightly seedy part of town. There's free off-street parking in a semi-protected lot right at the motor lodge, which is a valuable benefit for those traveling...

We opted to stay in San Francisco an extra night. Our original hotel was sold out. This seemed to be in a decent location. Which it was. However that is the ONLY reason it has any stars. From the start, no Wi-Fi as advertised. No coffee in room or lobby for that matter. We knew no microwave or fridge BUT...

I had to attend a big conference in San Francisco. I was shocked to find prices of hotel rooms all over the city jacked up three times because of this conference. For example, rooms were going for $600 to $1000 a night. This motel turned out to be the only one within my company travel budget, though it was at...

Let me start with the positives:- - reasonably priced for SFO - free parking in a secure area underneath hotel - central to attractions - great restaurants and cafes in walking distance - friendly staff on front desk and accommodating Negatives - it's in the Tenderloin region which is notorious for a lot of Homeless - had our 8 &...
