The hotel is fun and welcoming. The staff was what made our stay special. The value was perfect, especially for the location. Really central to so many things. Next time we visit SF we would 100% stay there again.
I was very impressed by the hotel, and location. It was easy to access everything, the hotel was clean and modern, and the help was very good. Joey (one of their employees) was extremely friendly, and gave us so many suggestions, and was very accommodating. I would recommend others stay here while they are in the Bay area.
The Hotel Caza is in a great location. Walkable to the Wharf-Pier #39, Alcatraz ferry-Pier #33, Ghirardelli Square, nearby shops, restaurants, etc. Bikes are included. We did a lot in 3 days/2 nights (Jan 18-20, 2023). Due to prior storms and such, was considering canceling our trip. Kept in close contact w Hotel Caza. Glad we went. Service: Zach, Mgr-Fabulous! Professional, likeable, helpful. Joey, front desk-professional, likeable, extremely helpful, patient, good listener, great suggestions, even gave us restaurant discount cards, always asking us if there was anything else he could help us with. 👍. Vanessa, front desk-professional, likeable, helpful, patient, went over bike features & lock; Mrya, front desk-helpful, professional. Only concern: outlets in our room/loose. Microwave & fridge would have been nice. (Assumed. My error for not confirming.) Im sure they may have rooms w them??? Ps cleaning staff SUPER FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, ACCOMMODATING, ALWAYS SMILING & TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. 👍😁…
Hotel Caza looks just like the photos! The staff are great! They were extraordinary! Very polite, attentive, funny, and personable. They are super helpful too. The hotel offers a bunch of cool free things, arcade, pool tables, cornhole, a giant jenga, and free bike rentals. It’s a 6 minute walk to the Beach At cable car turnaround. Very convenient and centrally located. The room was very clean. The shower had great pressure and the beds were like clouds. Great stay! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Great hotel in a great location near the wharf area. Quiet, clean with a very inviting lobby/bar area. Afternoon cookies appreciated! Decent size rooms with everything you need. Did not have time to evaluate other amenities such as pool and game room. Easy access to public transport. Staff gave us discount tickets to some really good restaurants in the area which we used. Would stay again.
We came to San Francisco for our 30th anniversary and stayed at the Caza Hotel. We had been 4 times previous and, over our thirty years together, have stayed at a number of very nice hotels. However, the Caza was an experience like no other. It took 30 years to finally stay where there was not a single down side. The entire staff, and management, went well above and beyond in every way we could imagine. From our first minute in the door the desk staff were fantastic and had us in our room in a matter of minutes, even though we were early, Then, our room was fantastic and as clean and as we have ever had. House keeping were more than helpful with any request we had, and the morning coffee and breakfast staff greeted us every morning with smiles and helpful advise about where to go. Al the bartender was awesome, and a wealth of help and information as to good places to eat giving us a list of all the different types of restaurants and where to find them. Also the location right at the Wharf made it ideal for exploring. We would recommend this hotel and would give it more than 5 stars if it were possible. This hotel far surpassed any of our stay at 5 star hotels and the staff are hands down the best we have ever had the experience to interact with. Thank you all!!!!! …
Had an amazing stay this past weekend at Hotel Caza. Zach was extremely helpful and had great recommendations. The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to many attractions. Highly recommend!
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and there are nice open areas outside the rooms to relax. It is within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was affordable.
Most comfortable bed, amazing staff. Joey at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful and a genuine person to deal with he definitely made our stay a great one. And Alex the bartender made delicious drinks and was a very helpful and awesome person to converse with. These two guys would definitely be a reason we visit again.
Great value hotel in a perfect location for family holidays with lots of extra facilities that make a stay special. The games room and bar area provide for family fun and the rooms are great too. The extra touches are everywhere from the shop to the incredible staff who are friendly, professional, helpful and quick. Thanks to Carlos and Al especially amongst all the team. Highly recommend.
