We spent 6 nights in this hotel during our visit to San Francisco. We were very happy with the standards of service and cleanliness. The location is great for the Wharf areas of the city and handy for the trams. We would happily stay there again.

Everybody will have the exact same review, so ill try to simplify it... Pros: - Excellent location, cannot be beat. 5 minute walk to the water and less than 15 minute walk to most of the piers (including alcatraz tours). 5 minute walk to restaurants, souvenirs, bus/trolley routes, bike rentals. - Extremely nice staff. Really great and well-managed. - Free...

I stayed at this hotel while I competed in a triathlon in San Francisco. I do not know what, but there was just something missing from this hotel compared to what I was expecting. I have used the Holiday Inn brand regularly. I have stayed in some of their 70's throw-backs and some of their newest hotels. This one falls...

The Holiday Inn is a great base for exploring the city for the first time. Bedrooms were clean & had everything we needed. Breakfast was good if a little crowded & confusing at points, but covered most standard options. Nice area & lots of amenities close by. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that you don't plan to...

This is a good location for exploring fisherman's wharf. The cable cars are a short walk. We found the hotel to be very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and polite. Bad points: the wifi only really works in the lobby area. There are no views whatsoever. The breakfast buffet is limited and a bit tasteless, you do...

Stay Here and search no more. I got a headache trying to decide on a hotel. The room was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. Ask for an outside room if you want any view at all, even then it may not be that great. The inside rooms face each other yikes! The breakfast area was a crazy place. The food...

We now have stayed here for the last two years in January. The hotel was very clean and the staff again was great, especially the front desk staff. Make sure you ask for a room facing the street as the interior rooms face interior walls of the hotel, in another words your looking at another room. Other than that our...

This hotel was a great place to stay. It was so close to Fisherman's Wharf and quite close to the cable car terminal. The rooms were quite spacious and the breakfast, which was included, had lots of variety. The staff were helpful and gave us directions and booked us a transfer to the airport. There was also free wireless and...

We called this the No No Hotel. No WiFi in the room. No microwave. No refrigerator. No free parking. No flat screen TV - just a SMALL old school model. No outlet on desk to plug in electronics. No view - I mean, literally, no view at all. Windows look out onto what is essentially a light well. No decent...

This hotel is incredible value, it is extremely well located, very clean and tidy, and the added incentive of having breakfast included is incredible. The rooms are also a good size too. The only downfall is not having wifi in the rooms, nor a flat screen TV. It really does need to move into the 21st century in terms of...
