Find yourself in the center of San Francisco's most sought-after destinations at da Vinci Villa, an upscale San Francisco boutique hotel newly opened in Summer 2011. Ideally located between the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf, da Vinci Villa is just a short walk to the area's...
The hotel has a good location and staff were helpful at arrival.
Overall not a good experience, e.g:
- WiFi didn’t work in the room
- Elevator was out of service at our stay
- Really noisy from the street

Extremely Poor quality of breakfast, lift does not work all the days, non co-operative, holding cash deposit for security till last moment and then checking room just prior to checkout in midnight, is it hospitality ?
We stayed here for one night and it was a great spot to be in the action of downtown SFO. The room was small but clean. The breakfast had boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, cereal and lots of pastries. They held our luggage the next day...More

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
