We paid a lot of money to stay there, and feel ripped off :/
The service was friendly, but that was about it. The website and TripAdvisor pics are nothing like the actual hotel. The room was tiny..and we had a king room. We had...More
We stayed for 4 nights to start our holiday. The hotel is well placed to visit all the sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but could do with a refurb. Ours faced the street and was very noisy. We got ear plugs...More
The only good thing I can say about this hotel except for the location is good, and the service was very friendly.

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
