Good location. Close to fisherman's wharf, lombard street. Nice and clean surroundings. Quite a few convenience stores within walking distance. Bus stop is 1 min walk. Staff was very friendly. Room was basic but clean....does feel a little cramped when you have kids with you....More
A bit from downtown, but possible to walk around 2 km to Union Square. Closer to Fisherman's Wharf instead. Quiet area during night. The downside was that there are few restaurants close by. We ate 2 times at the Chinese restaurant in the same building...More
Clean, convenient location, great continental breakfast and a reasonable price. The room did have a weird smell, but it was clean and we only stayed one night. This hotels seems to be very popular with travelers, we had to wait a while to check in,...More

Had a great trip in San Francisco at this hotel. They sorted out a room issue before we arrived to our satisfaction and whole we would have preferred original suite rooms were good. Breakfast was good although would like to see some more protein items...More
Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
