This BB is in a quiet residential neighborhood with very clean rooms, a nice breakfast and a very convenient bus stop on the corner. Reasonable prices and a very polite staff makes this a great choice in San Francisco! The seafood restaurant across the street is very good and also reasonable. ENJOY!

It is one of those street villas up a hill, which San Francisco is famous for, and the interior as well as the friendly staff makes it feel like coming home. Reasonable price, always including free Wifi and lovely homey breakfast. Newly fitted room with a good bathroom (modern shower niche). In a really great neighborhood - a bit upper-class;...

Stayed here for a week - clean and functional. Nice continental breakfast - and the hosts are awesome and very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. Walking distance to market street and close to nice spots to eat.

It's nice and quiet and feels like staying in a lovely guest room in someone's home. I had a room in the bottom floor, which was great. Going up narrow stairs with luggage would've been a chore. It is centrally located but there isn't much going on in the neighbourhood. However, it is walking distance from the famous "painted sisters"...

The charming photos do not fairly represent this very clean but sad place. It is on a busy corner although a white noise machine and ear plugs are provided. There is no accommodation for food allergies nor although the place was notified, I was not told that there would be nothing that was gluten free. Yes, I was very disappointed....

Recently booked a room for myself and friends. When we arrived we where told parking was several blocks away which wasn't doable. We had to take second floor room which wasn't something we needed due health issues with one of our friends. Was told well you should've told us ahead of time.

Booked Grove Inn based on ratings and recommendation on Tripadvisor and it turned out to be such a good 2 night experience. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. There're grocery stores within walking distance in case you need some basic stuff like beverages, etc. I arrived as a late check-in due to my flight. The staff gave me the...

We stayed five nights at The Grove Inn and highly recommend this B&B. It's well located in a residential neighborhood, with good access to public transportation and within easy reach to several of San Francisco's attractions. There's also several bars and restaurants a short walk from the Inn. Our bedroom was clean, well kept, with a cosy decoration - following...

Nice welcome from a very helpful young man. Lovely room with nice furnishings & decor. Comfortable, clean bed. The bathroom we had wasn't spacious & I really dislike shower curtains but it was perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Consistent wifi was a real bonus. Breakfast selection was fine & the jam delicious but the coffee just wasn't to...
