Really nice place, host vey friendly. Also, hotel offered dinner. It was delicious and delicious. The neighborhood is quiet (japantown), and only takes 15 minutes by bus going to downtown. Spacious room, with huge closet. It was very nice to wake up with the singing of birds

I stayed in the Kenmore residence for 4 months. If you want peace this is for you. The food is ok, not great. The rooms have a lot of space for San Francisco, so it's good. Downtown is walkable distance. Lafayette park, an amazing reserve is at 4 blocks. The neighborhood is super chill, a healing center is near. Chill...

This hotel has basic furniture but is very clean, the staff are really helpful and always ready to advise on directions and a chat they gave us the reception fan for our room. The staff made the stay really enjoyable.

I stayed here with my daughter for a few weeks in the summer. I read all of the reviews through various websites so I knew what to expect. This is not a luxury hotel. It is an old Victorian that has been turned into a residence inn for those staying for an extended period of time. The rooms have a...

We have just checked out of the Kenmore. We stayed for 7x days for a couples holiday from the UK. We asked to be located higher than the ground floor because reviews had said it was noisy. We had room 316 which was on the 3rd floor away from the lift and stairs and looking out at a quiet court...

The room was big enough and had a TV and a fridge. The street outside was noisy, but this did not disturbed us so much. The WIFI did not work in our room. They need a new router. As it is a really old building,it smelled really shabby and unpleasant. There was mold in the room and the heating dripped...

If you are looking for an expensive upper class hotel in SF - read no more. But if you are looking for a modestly priced ($100/night) alternative in a quiet and decent location, this may be one of the very best choices. The Kenmore is located close to Japantown and Nob Hill, about a mile from Chinatown and the city...

Having read the reviews I was prepared for the loud radiators and took my earplugs... thankfully. The radiators are a real pain and as mentioned elsewhere, turning them off doesn't change anything. The only way to remedy that would be a whole new heating system. As it was, it was fine with the earplugs and worth it for the huge...

Only come here if you are prepared to sleep with earplugs on. The heater in the room is extremely old and noisy, you will hear loud crackling all night. The noise continues even if you turn the knob on the heater off. THE STAFF TOLD ME TO GET EARPLUGS. If you ask the staff for help after 4pm, they will...
