We enjoyed it. Everyone was very professional and polite. Finding the entry was a little confusing and the parking was expensive ($45 + tax) but I expect to spend a fortune on parking in SF. It was also surprisingly quiet considering the busy area.

It is ordinary but ok. No surprisingly good service. Minimum contact with their staff. It just gives me the feeling that I stay there for rest only. May be it was just because I went out the whole day. However, the location is good that you find everything nearly, food, shopping centres, food court, department stores, main transport nodes. It...

Dear Keungkeung Thank you for your comments on TripAdvisor. You are correct in that it is hard for the staff to interact with guests who spend their day outside of the hotel. On your next stay we hope that you will have the opportunity to experience our restaurant and the services of our amazing Concierge Team With warm regards, Nikko...

We recently started our California trip with a three night stat at the Hotel Nikko. What a wonderful hotel. The quiet room had two big queen-size beds - perfect for us and our two, older, children. The beds were comfy and loaded with plenty of pillows. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well thought out. Even the air conditioning was efficient...

A nice enough place in a convenient enough location, but don't expect anything more than a comfy room without paying for it. Pool and Internet are not included in the cost of the room. Very disappointing to learn we had to pay extra for these two common amenities. Maybe it is a California thing, but I have ever heard of...

Dear Cheryl W Thank you for your comments on TripAdvisor regarding the Hotel Nikko. Our location is really ideal for visiting San Francisco. Pools are rare in San Francisco and not all guests want to use this amenity. So only those guests who do wish to use the pool area (which includes the spa and health club) pay for the...

Stayed here on the first part of our journey down the Pacific Coastal Highway for three nights, and it was a lovely experience. We originally booked a junior suite, but during check in opted for an Executive Suite. The check in experience was quick and painless, though our room wasn't ready because of our decision to change. Once in our...

Ok, if you've read my reviews of hotels, I don't often rave about them! This hotel spoiled me for the 8 nights I stayed there! The Location is good - central to everything; then again San Francisco is quite small compared to other cities. The Hotel itself is very clean and crisp. The pool is wonderful. The Room I had...

We booked this for a family vacation with a 2 ½ year old based on a Frommer’s recommendation of family friendly hotels in San Fran. Tonight is our last night here, and we’re ready to move on. The location is ok – a few blocks from public transportation and a few more to the Westfield mall. In this part of...

Nikko didn't disappoint. I read the mixed reviews and booked it via my corporate rate. The room absolutely didn't disappoint. The hotel is close to all the shopping and restaurants and so it was good to be able to try different meals everyday. I think the best thing about san francisco is that you can almost walk right across the...
