I went here for the thanksgiving weekend with my family. this is a nie small boutigue hotel. I really enjoyed the service here. The place was hip and modern. The king room is very small though, I would recommend getting two queens instead. I would stay here again!

Great hotel for a family of three. Courteous staff, clean, great little gym, cool restaurant and bar...but best of all is the location. Walking distance to all shopping, the SFMOMA, ice skating rink and the trolley for Fisherman's wharf and buses to everywhere.

Rooms are surprisingly large. Stayed in both the spa room and a standard room. The only difference was an old-fashioned jacuzzi. Location is extremely convenient. 75% of downland landmarks are app. 10 minutes walk distance. Overall, highly recommended.

We recently spent several nights at Hotel Zelos and would definitely stay again. The winter package we got was a very good deal. The room was big, with a bathtub, nice pillows, an HD TV, high quality robes and all the little things you need. The restaurant is best for drinks in the evening -- it's an expensive small plates...

It's clean. and a good location. But that's where it stops. Rooms are ok, but the walls are very thin, especially due to the adjoining doors what do not stop any sound. The room lacks amenities. No coffee pot. No plug in to charge a phone on or near the nightstand. Our fitted sheet is actually a flat sheet that...

I am in The hotel in This moment. So, this is like a "live broadcast". My first experience is bad. The staff in The front desk dont helps. Fashion and beauty people but ignore al about service. I paid breakfast included through Booking.com, and however, the girl at the reception told me that I could only be valid for 2...

Wonderful location to attend conference at Moscone. Same side of street (4th) as main West building of Moscone. Only 2 or 3 intersections to cross. The location is essentially between a Container Store and Old Navy and Ross across the street. And next door to Westfield Mall. Fabulous old school hardware store on next block. Lobby is somewhere between small...

The walls are paper thin. I was woken up by the cleaning staff and the sound of vacuum cleaners several times. They wouldn't give me another room. No room service. Room overlooks an office - all windows are feet away from some office so no sunlight or privacy.

I loved Hotel Zelos. The location is absolutely wonderful, the rooms are huge, the robes are very soft and nice, the restaurant "Dirty Habit" is delicious and I loved the name. The staff was courteous and very helpful too. This will be for sure my go to hotel in San Francisco!

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
