This hotel isn't a large one, but we were on the 14th floor with views of the city. The room size was small and same with the bathroom. The needed more handing space and more bench space. It was comfortable and reasonably priced for this location. Nice and handy to all of union square attractions and easy to get to...

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in April 2017. It was quiet, room was clean, comfortable bed ... Only a few blocks walk to Union Square ... Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guys greeting you at the main entrance (valee staff). I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms definitely smaller than I thought. Had a three night stay with my parents. Wish I could have afforded two rooms since this one was too small for three adults in my opinion. High floor and away from elevator. Noise was minimal from the 14th although I could see how it would be disturbing closer to street level. Location within...

The rooms were smaller than I imagined but clean and set up nicely. My room was near the elevator so I seemed to hear it throughout the night. I would prefer if there was a safe and a hair dryer in the room but I would stay here again. The staff was nice and very happy to accommodate. The bistro...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had excellent time. Everything was right about the place. We liked our room, it was number 504. It was quiet, the bed was comphotable, good shower, coffee machine. It was handy we were able to print our boarding passes in the lobby. The thing we liked the most was the staff: They all...

My husband loved this hotel. He will probably choose this one over the other he typically stays at on business. I, however, as a person who has a hard time with hotels, did not love it. The front desk wasn't as friendly as other Marriotts on our trip (not necessarily UNfriendly; they just didn't go out of their way to...

Lunabeem - Thank you for taking time to share your honest feedback. I know it can be frustrating to come to San Francisco and have to deal with the urban sounds that our busy metropolitan city has to offer, though we are currently scheduled to modernize our exterior windows at the end of this year to help subdue the city...

My first time in San Francisco and I wanted a good central location with restaurants, bars, shopping and access to sightseeing. This was the perfect location! My BFF was flying in meeting me but her flight came in hours prior to my arrival. She text me to say they accommodated her early arrival and they really made her check in...

Unless you get a hotel in a newer building, everything in San Fran will be smaller than you're used to. This is no exception. The rooms are quite small for a family of four. Even the beds seemed smaller than normal. But, as far as location, it was perfect!! Walking distance to some great restaurants, Union Square & cable cars....

This hotel is a modest walk from Union Square. Rooms are 'city sized' and whilst plenty large enough are small by US standards. Location is quiet for central San Francisco. Hotel has a cosy feel - it's not a large establishment like the nearby Marriott Marquis. There are plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. The reason this hotel gets a...

We stay st a lot of Courtyards during our frequent travels. This one has been recently refurbished in a great location. The room was fresh and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the price was right!
