We thought the motel was fine and staff friendly. Good if you are on a budget, has everything you need. Comfy beds. Parking is extra and they also take $100 deposit once you arrive. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but again, on a budget it does the job.

It's everything you'd expect from your typical hotel. There's a small pool, continental breakfast and parking (not free but $10 is a drop in the bucket). Only problems I had with my room is the hair dryer didn't work and the tv needed replacing as the picture was fuzzed as if I were getting my channels from the tv antenna....

Nothing special, but surpassed expectations. And one of the more affordable places in SF that isn't a hostel. If you're looking for a place to sleep and see SF on a budget, saving on a hotel can mean more money in your pocket or a longer stay.

Just checked in after reserving two beds and found only one bed available. What value is a reservation if you are at the mercy of the market once you get there? A 20 dollar reduction and we nabbed a bed and run down sofa 'bed'. Wam bam, thank you mam. Won't be coming back for seconds. Neither should you.

For many years i have walked past this motel on my way to or from a venue. This time i stayed. It was one of the cheapest at over $200 a night ( a reason i wont be going to San Fransisco as much any more) It was an ok room good size and position, most things worked and were...

This was the cheapest motel we could find in the area. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The room is a decent size, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again

We booked for a week but left after 1 night. Probably my own fault I've never been to San Francisco before and didn't do enough research but this place is not for the faint hearted we certainly didn't feel safe, especially after the receptionist advised us not to leave our luggage in our locked car in the hotels private carpark...

We stayed one night on our family road trip. I was a little leery of this place after reading the trip advisor reviews but couldn't find another room for the same amount of money. It jut so happened to be Pride weekend so most of the double rooms were already taken. We are SUPER picky and this room was great!...

The gentleman that checked me in was excellent; so very cordial and helpful and I am thankful for his service. The price was reasonable $140 + tax. But I checked their prices for another date and they skyrocketed up way too much. It is obvious that the SF hotels and motels are colluding to uniformly drive up prices and that...

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
