Rooms are old and a few things need repair. Breakfast is too simple. you have to get it in a narrow and busy hallway. The rooms are not cheap. for a few more bulks, you can get a nicer hotel in downtown area. It is very closed to the beach, but there is not much to see. about 4 miles...

I have stayed several times before so I noticed that it could do with minor repairs. The bath/shower knob did not work; window molding was off; cups were not replaced daily, and the toilet in our 2nd room stopped flushing.

Room was comfortable and very quiet at night. Underground parking is adequate. Location is convenient to Sunset district, zoo, and Lake Merced.

We found everything clean and well-appointed, and the staff extremely willing to help whenever needed. The location is excellent--away from heavy traffic, but it is easy to get to other parts of the city.

I travel monthly for various occasions and this by far was the most terrible stay and the worst service I have ever encountered in a hotel! The manager Amy I think is her name was rude from our first interaction to the last. We were there on a family emergency and was told from the VA hospital there should be...

There was confusion on the part of the person taking my initial reservation...I never got a confirmation so i called to make sure we had a room...the person at the central office couldn't find the reservation then after a few moments found it and said she would send a confirmation which I never received.. I asked for a second floor...
