We weren't quite sure how the hotel was going to be for us since we were traveling with an infant but it turned out to be great. The housekeeping staff made are room more than infant friendly. They provided us with all of our needs just like were we're at home. If traveling with kids just let them know ahead...

About five days prior to arrival, I received a kind email from the great experience manager of the Grand Hyatt (Andrew Kim), anticipating our arrival and asking if there was anything we needed in advance. In my response, I mentioned that we would be arriving at 12:30 pm from a long flight from the East Coast and if he could...

The hotel wasn't at the standard level of service and value. Even though the hotel was renovated recently but the quality of materials used to renovate was cheap. Very expensive for nothing. No value for money. Not recommended.

This Hyatt property is a great oasis while in San Francisco, first and foremost is the location. The hotel is right downtown and therefore near the shopping areas. This is particularly convenient on days when it rains. In...

Stayed here for 1 week in November with Family. I booked the 1 bedroom suite with adjoining room, turning it into a 2 bedroom suite with 3 bathrooms. The suite had lots of space, well appointed and had beautiful view of the city. Really enjoyed our welcome amenity in the suite of Cheese Board and Craft Beers. Used the Grand...

The room was faultless. I lost my charger on the way to the hotel, a quick call to concierge and one was delivered to my room...

Had a lovely one night stay in a VIP suite overlooking Union Square. The Grand Club lounge had a really nice spread for breakfast and the most/best drink choices I've experienced in a hotel executive lounge. Food quality was high and selection was more than enough. The view from the lounge was pretty impressive as well. The location is very...
