I stayed at the Grand Hyatt recently when attending a large convention at the convention center. The hotel is well taken care of, the rooms and all public spaces were very clean, the staff was great, the meeting space and food and beverage at the hotel were top notch. The large amount of construction going on outside the hotel makes...

The hotel, staff, and area were all exceptional. I highly recommend staying here. It is located right on Union Square, where you can find lots of shopping and dining options. The overall feel of the hotel was luxurious. The fitness center was nice and had a great view of San Francisco.

I decided to try the Hyatt because of its location in San Francisco, really near Union Square. It turned out to be a disappointment. The location is good, but the hotel feels like a train station. Lots of people in and out. The check in desk is not a real desk, the lobby is weird too. The rooms are okay,...

An excellent business hotel that was easy to use and very friendly. Located within walking distance of the business district and good access to the bay front area with its restaurants and stores. Service within the hotel was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are tastefully designed and provide all you need for your stay. Online check...

Although the hotel has been remodeled you still get the smoke smell in the rooms from years of use. Rooms are comfortable and clean. People are friendly but expect about 30 to 40 minutes for luggage delivery. Didn't appear to be a real busy day as we walked right up to front desk. $56 for valet parking which was much...

The hotel is superbly located on Union Square. Everything in SF is close or can be easily reached, either by walking or using public transportation. Staff at the GH was friendly and forthcoming, really making life easier. Modern room, a bit on the smallish side as to be expected in a major city. We, a family of three, coped quite...

Located just across from Niketown, on Union Square, this hotel has a nice bar and restaurant, and pleasant rooms. We had two double beds with comfortable beds/bedding, and a view to other rooftops. The higher level bayside rooms have spectacular views, but can be more costly. The union square side views are nice too, but currently have large construction noise...

Our room was on the 26th floor overlooking the financial district. The room was spectacular and has modern finishing with remote control blinds that you could control from your bed. The lobby is beautiful and they serve free popcorn and limonade in the afternoon and the staff from the front desks to the doorman were always smiling and very helpful....

This hotel is in a great location on Union Square. The rooms are small and quite compact as most are in SF but nice. Bathroom is good size and recently redone. View is great (we were on 25th floor). The fitness room has an amazing view on 35th floor.
