We had a large group here for one night. We didn't use many of the accommodations besides the rooms, but the rooms were great. Clean, quiet, clean bathrooms. The location for us (went to see baseball game) was excellent.

sightseeing, If feeling the pulsating energy of the city is on your agenda, Union Square is the place to soak it in.
I am not sure, probably lowest floor and I don't recommend to get a room on lowest floor since the street is a little bit noisy ( if you are sensitive to the noise)
Floor 15 and up is a better deal with union square view.
