We almost always stay at the Grand Hyatt - love the location, the rooms are wonderful and very nice staff. The Grand Club for Gold Passport members has stunning views and I like that it's open all day from 5:30am. Nice workout room, fast room service, and amazing views! They treat Gold Passport members very well here.

We stayed 5 nights at the Grand Hyatt for a SF vacation. The hotel is centrally located in Union Square. We stayed on the 21st floor. Yes there is some noise but you are in the city and one block from the cable car line so expect some noise. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable....

Clean, busy, shopping, starbucks, Launge, great great great LOCATION. Kids&family friendly. Nice view. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Again . This is an investment when it comes to the location. Though I don't think there is a swimming pool 👎 But overall I love it.

I stay at Grand Hyatt properties all over the world, this property may not be the most extravagant but it met all my expectations for service and comfort. I was able to conduct business meetings in the second floor during the day very easily as there was no traffic or noise in the bar area. Even had coffee served from...

The Grand Hyatt was the base for my family's visit of San Francisco last August. The location was perfect for walking tours of the city. Our room had a fabulous view of the city, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the size of the room. We booked a grand club room and the lounge...

Was thinking of going for dinner to a nice roof top hotel but we didn't find anything really cool with nice food. The view it was wonderful. 40th floor it was impressive, but the Menu it was really tiny. A place like that should also have some nice back ground music or even better some live jazz music. Personal was...

This is a very nice hotel, right next to union square and a lot of nice restaurants / bars / cafes / etc. Rooms are a little small, but the furniture is optimized to make the rooms look bigger. Service is excellent. Only weird thing is the checkout area, its not a regular looking area, its kind of like a...

I was attending a medical meeting at the Moscone Convention Ctr . I decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt (GH) since it is among the hotel choices with shuttle service. I will need three more hotel stays at the Hyatt to get the platinum status so it was an easy decision. We had an upgraded room near the lounge...
