A blot on the IGH stable, this Holiday Inn should be avoided. Indifferent reception staff, one of the worst breakfast buffets imaginable. A very poor staff culture in a dodgy part of town. Not a happy experience staying at this property even discounting the evacuation...More

If you have kids I'd not recommend you go here because the area outside feels very unsafe. We were there a week and some nights got very scary, even some mornings too. A woman walking alone is not advisable in this area either, just alot...More
On vacation with my husband and 2 teenager children. When we arrived there was no parking under the hotel. It is a very little parking garage. They told us to park in the street and we would have to have our car gone by 9:00...More

Also Known As
Holiday Inn Civic Center (San Francisco) Hotel San Francisco ,
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
Sorry for the late response - we have just returned from two weeks in Cuba. I can't answer your question about parking as we were part of a coach tour but the parking facility seemed to be well managed.
