After a long day spent traveling, it was nice to arrive at the hotel to find an inviting staff and a well stocked bar. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was wonderful

This was our first time at this hotel. We are very pleased with the hotel, location, and the level of service provided by staff. Fantastic bay view. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating to special requests. The executive lounge was very comfortable and well...More
This was our first time in San Francisco and we were happy with our choice of this hotel based on location. We are Diamond members, so our stay was on points. We were not placed on a higher floor (I believe we were on 11)...More
Room decor was bland and uninspired. Desk area fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were not. Check in, cleaning, and valet staff were nice but no one was at the bar to take drink orders. Good view but dirty windows. You get the idea.
Remember to ask for a room on the north side of the building or odd room numbers on the upper floors to get a view of the bay. We had a city view this past time that was a little disappointing. The rooms are clean...More
The Financial District lies just east of Chinatown but can seem a world apart given it’s San Francisco’s version of Wall Street. The rush of business people make up a hectic weekday and add to a frenetic pace of life, but visitors who spend a few hours walking the narrow streets will be rewarded with fine examples of historic and contemporary architecture, including the iconic Transamerica Pyramid. After business hours,
bars and restaurants quickly fill up with happy hour revelers. Stocks aren’t the only kind of market being followed, the Ferry Building Marketplace on the Embarcadero is a gourmet food emporium and farmers market that will satisfy anyone working up an appetite.
The windows were kind of dirty. Not so much that I couldn’t see or enjoy the culture outside but definitely noticeable. It so much like a new cultural experience looking out that I was ok with it overall.
