Three days at the beginning and three days at the end of our 14 day Californian trip with Lake Tahoe and Monteray with Carmel by Sea in the middle. This hotel is well placed for doing a lot of the 'usual' stuff in SF. The Cannery is within easy walking distance and also well placed for the Palace of Fine...

Dear wynne, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience when you visited our hotel. Yes, the location of the hotel is one of the best in San Francisco because of the close proximity to most of the tourist attractions. And, of course a very good location for food. Please continue to keep us in mind when looking for a nice...

Very comfortable hotel with a large room! Check in agent James was friendly and found an early check in room for us! San Francisco is expensive; so felt this was good value for what we received and we didn't need a car which was great -because parking overnight is super expensive!

I came to SF to visit my daughter. Although she lives in the city, we decided to be tourists. This hotel is near several other good hotels but the difference is....the holy grail...PARKING. Prior to my daughter being a resident, we stayed at many SF hotels - at least a dozen. The proximity to North Beach, Cable Car, F Lines,...

My family and I stayed here during our 3 day visit to San Francisco. The location could have not been better, we were able to walk or cable car to every location we wanted to visit and see. You are surrounded by fabulous restaurant choices. The room was spacious, and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I would...

Been to this hotel last 2 vacations to San Francisco. Cannot beat the location! Walk a block and you're on the wharf. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit aged, but clean, and rooms could use an update. Plenty of room for Queens, instead of small double beds. But again, Location, Location, location!

I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night as I had meetings at a hotel the following week at a hotel near the airport. The hotel itself is a modern Holiday Inn. The staff are friendly and I got good advice from the concierge. The room was spacious and clean too. With regard to location, it was perfect for...

I only liked the location. The booking was done through Hotwire and you have to prepay. The down side is you do not know what hotel you will get. They don't give you any kind of price adjustment when the rates go down. When I got there they stuck me in their very old, dated building across the street. I wanted...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on May 15-16, 2017, as part of an organized tour. We stayed in Room 1399, 3rd Floor, which although lacking with a good view, is a very spacious, clean and comfortable room with some free amenities. If we were to return to this fascinating city, we’d definitely stay at this hotel again...

Given the price of lodging in SF - this was a great find. Standard room, no real view to speak of, but clean, comfortable, TV and in-room fridge and room service (handy when kids didn't want to go out anymore after having walked all over the city). But the best thing about this hotel - location! You can't beat this...

Dear Jribka, Yes, the hotel is located at the Wharf and your are within walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions in San Francisco. View room is one of the areas that we don't necessarily have because of the height restrictions in this area. We have another building that has partial view of the wharf that you can...

I stayed here in January and it was still pretty busy down on the Wharf. Large tour buses dropped off a bunch of tourists out front. Aside from that it was very quiet. Hotel was large enough to accommodate everyone- and you not trip over each other in the hallways. I didn't eat the breakfast as it was out of...
