San Francisco is a great City and this hotel is right on the pier. You can't beat the location as it's close to everything. The room is average and does not include breakfast. The wifi is included but parking is $50 a night. The heating/cooling fan made a lot of noise and we had to get it fixed. Whatever your...

The hotel is in a great location. Wonderful service by a woman named Lorena in the restaurant. Hotel itself is a bit old and run down, we were on the business floor in a large room with a fridge which was nice, but the walls are thin. The staff was not very helpful. We were next to a room where...

Strong wifi in room. Clean & cozy. Good breakfast spread. Loved that they had very friendly staff. We felt very welcome & at home. Happy that they had a coin laundry service. Thumbsdown only for the location, as it is a bit noisy and a bit far from pier 39.

I find it amusing that a hotel representative replied to a complaint on trip advisor by saying that person should have notified the front desk about their issue. I did that to no avail! They did not help me at all, in fact I felt punished for speaking up. We requested a room with a king bedand a sofa bed....

Friendly staff and helpful staff and very clean rooms. The location was perfect, close to everything. Loved staying here. My husband unfortunately did say the pool was a bit cool, but that could be because it was outside?

Efficient check in. We requested and got a quiet room. Comfortable beds, good shower. It is a bit dated but the location is perfect for Fisherman's Wharf and we walked to Lombard St. We also used Uber to get around and picked up a hire car from around the corner on the day we left. Pool was nice. The room...

Older hotel but re-modeled and modernized. Location is great for the wharf area. Parking however is an additional $56.00 per night !!! Our car sat parked during our stay but we still had to pay. Staff was very friendly. They offer an option to opt out on maid service and receive $5.00 certificate each day you do so to spend...

Nice hotel. We were in the other building which I had read reviews of others complaining but the guy at reception said it was the newer building. It was lovely, nice bathroom, just a nice room for a couple of nights! We ate at the dennys the first night and it still makes me shudder remembering the food. Chicken strips...

Really nice hotel, cleaned every day. Shower was very nice and we got a full size fridge which didn't cost us any more. Denny's restaurants is in the hotel so we went there one morning for breakfast and it was fairly good. Great location, close to the wharf and to get the cable cars or buses to different attractions.
