My friends and I stayed here while we attended Outside Lands 3 day music festival in Golden Gate Park. This hotel was perfect for the kind of fun filled weekend. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. Ambiance: is fun, modern and alice in wonderland like! Not cheesy like the Hard Rock hotels it had a music...

I'm going to start with what we (a young couple, staying for 4 nights) particularly liked. The hotel has got two bikes for free, available on a first come first served basis. They look very cool and are also comfortable. We used them one day to tour the city. If you can use them it will save you at least...

We stayed for seven nights at the hotel this past new years. The location is excellent, walking distance from Union Square, shops, restaurants, etc. Room is not that big, however it serves its purpose - very cosy and comfortable. Two low lights however: a) bathroom shower is awful: very little water pressure. Obviously not sure if all room showers were...

Check-in and Check-out I had landed after a five hours flight and they were able to give me the room early (which was great). Room The room was a nice size and I really like the bathroom. The decor is retro and really interesting. My only complaint was lack of storage space. I had a tiny cupboard which also had...

Went to S.F. for Xmas holidays and a stage show and found the newly remodeled Hotel Zeppelin which has a fun, contemporary rock 'n roll theme featuring the '60's. Warm lobby, downstairs game room. Stylish efficient room all near Union Square, trollys, major stage theaters, shopping, and in the 'better kept' area of S.F. We will go back the next...

Firstly when we arrived we were not advised on holding fees, hotel amenities or anything really. We thought to ourselves it's just late and maybe they aren't having a good day. They also said we could pay on checkout, but ended up charging the wrong credit card to which they promised wouldn't happen! The next day we asked for bowls...

Stayed here the day after New Years and was awesome!!! From the moment we stepped in to the hotel to when we left three days later, everything was exceptional. They let us check in early and even upgraded our room to a mini suite. The staff is awesome, hotel is clean and funky and the you can’t beat the location...

Hotel had sort of a euro flavor. Rooms were small and closet space was a challenge as the safe prevented having any long hanging clothes. Bathroom sink was extremely hard to operate. For the money and the location, it was fine and would probably come back. They need to get some vending machines!

After a major remodeling, the hotel we have stayed in for 4-5 years and met our needs, is greatly changed. The staff is warm, courteous and helpful, especially Mr. Ellis, but the room we always stay in now is much smaller, too small to accommodate 4 people. The bathroom has no fan/vent for steam; the counter surface space is inadequate;...

Recently stayed here during an overnight in SF. The hotel is a great little boutique spot within walking distance to Union Square. The staff was amazing, thoughtful, helpful and really unlike anything I've seen in a SF hotel. The only ding I would have for the hotel was that we stayed on the 7th floor which meant taking two elevators...
