This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the convention center. There are several other hotels nearer the convention center, but none that connect directly to it. The Marriott looked to be the closest. We paid an extra $50 per night for an "upgraded" room although the room wasn't anything special, other than perhaps a view of the harbor. That...

We loved the rooms and the location. Breakfast spread was good. We didn't have too many meals in Hilton so can't comment much about the others. Their cafe food was also nice. There is a Pakistani restaurant right opposite to Hilton. Have never had better naan and chicken in my life. It's a must try if you like spicy food....

Stayed here for a conference this week and you just can't beat the views and the location. Absolutely breathtaking views of the bay from the dining facility at the top of the hotel. Bar staff wasn't as friendly and very busy talking to one another to rush to take our order but for the most part it was a nice...

I stayed there for a week. I can't fault it. The location is superb, almost next to Union Square itself. Service was very friendly (a chap called Abdullah at Reception was particularly helpful). Check-in was a bit slow, with the Honours queue being longer than the non-Honours queue, which doesn't make much sense. The place is enormous - almost like...

Beautiful hotel for meetings of any size. Large banquet space with plenty of breakout rooms on multiple levels. The food and service were excellent. The hotel is in the heart of the fashion industry with Tiffany's, Nordstrom, Macy's and the like within waling distance.

My husband and I met our adult son for a weekend in San Francisco, where we travel often. Rather than booking rooms at Cavallo Point, we chose this Hilton for its central location and because we enjoyed a pleasant stay here a few years ago. BIG mistake. Like most big-city Hiltons, this place is highly impersonal and frenetically busy all...
