This is a great hotel, just a very bad location. The area behind the hotel is filled with homeless and crime. I had my phone stolen right out of my hand as I was texting. Be very careful. Has a great fitness center. The lobby...More
Overall the rooms were small and average quality, but the cost is still pretty high due to the area. The lobby bar and cafe were above average, but again very pricey. They are centrally located to for an easy trip to many downtown destinations.
I stayed here for an event.
This is the 3rd year.
The staff is always great at check in and the bell service. The room was lacking cleanliness and had nothing that made me want to spend $500 a night there ever again.
