Good location, but average hotel foe Hilton. I expected more from Hilton, room was just ok. Bed wasn't very comfortable and continental breakfest was just a 1 pastry, 1 peice of fruit, and a coffee. But location is excellent.

The Hilton is an above average hotel. This is San Francisco so the rooms and beds were slightly smaller but I did not feel cramped at all. I felt very comfortable in the room. The water pressure was decent the room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very warming, inviting and helpful. The fitness area is large with...

One thing we liked about this hotel is that it had a pool. That is rare for SF. Our room had a good view. Decor was modern. We liked the rooftop lounge, Cityscape. I liked it better when it was a restaurant but now it is free and accessible to all. Considering the hotel is one of the largest on...

Dear hoteljunkies, Thank you so very much for your 5 start review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us. You are correct, there are very few San Francisco hotels that have swimming pools. Mainly this is due to our foggy summer season. Our CityScape Lounge on the 46th floor has fabulous views and we are so glad...

I stayed at the Hilton Union Square during an extremely busy conference; so circumstances were a bit challenging for the hotel. Regardless, the room that I stayed in was absolutely terrible (Tower 3, 9th floor). It was dated, the carpet and wall paper were worn and stained, the bathroom was small, and bizarrely there were 3 twin beds. The hallway...

Conveniently located a couple of blocks from the main Union Square shopping district. Unassuming large property with average sized rooms (for SF) showing its age. Decent breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold options. Overall a good business hotel but nothing to make it stand out.

I booked a four day stay in tower 1 with the city view. I primarily chose to stay at this Hilton due to the availability of Tesla charging. Unfortunately both chargers were inaccessible as gassoline cars parked in the allocated EV charging spots throughout my entire stay. I informed the staff multiple times to merley leave a note on their...

Stayed for a couple days over New Year's Eve. Hotel was very busy when I arrived...but I checked in using the Hilton Honors App and my phone was the key to my room! No need to wait in line, and even got to pick my room. And I could still go and get an actual key at the registration desk...

It's so amazing to stay at the Hilton! Close to shopping, restaurants and walking all up and down. The room on the 43rd floor had amazing views, lights and wonder! Very special. Lovely quiet nights sleep, clean crisp sheets, great breakfast. A wonderful Xmas stay for the whole family!
