First of all, the check-in process could not have been better. When my pre-reserved room was not available, Larysa at the front desk, allowed me to see another option and then booked me in an alternate room. And it was GREAT; a room in Tower 1 ending in 84. Overall, it made my trip that much more special. The gym...

One of the largest Hilton hotels I've visited. There are 3 towers, two of which are old and outdated so choose to stay in Tower 1 if you can. The lobby was quite busy when we arrived, but were greeted very warmly by a gentleman named Abdullah. He was very personable, took interest in our trip and offered bottled water....

Located a short walk to union square and great shopping. For a small fee we were able to upgrade to a room on level 39 which gave us uninterrupted views of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. Beds are really comfortable..

I love Hilton in general, but have to admit that this specific hotel won't be one I choose again. The area is very close to the area where the homeless hang out. This means that homeless/mentally ill people are all around doing their thing. Not nice. The hotel is old, and looks a bit dated. The fitness room was rather...

Really great location with walking distance of nearly everything and a short Uber hop to the rest. Great SanFran restaurants all around, all the shopping you need and this hotel is surprisingly nice for how big it is and it being just a Hilton. I give it 5 stars for the value alone. Nice breakfast joint and a great little...

Conveniently located few steps from Union Square although some of the streets around the hotel didn't look really safe to walk in the evening. The hotel lobby was pretty busy and loud and check-in wasn't the best experience. As gold members we have been upgraded to an excellent room in the new tower, with a nice bathroom and splendid view....

Always enjoy my stay here when I come to San Francisco. Convenient location if you have business in the city and easy access to highway 101. Tower 1 has the best views of the city. Staff is always helpful. Very busy hotel with business conferences is the only downside of the hotel. A little pricey but not bad for San...

While there may be 10-20 minute wait to check in, the front desk is extremely accommodating once it's your turn. We had a complicated reservation and Erika was most helpful in sorting everything. While there is no Diamond type of lounge, we typically have received a very nice upgrade. The Diamond breakfast is a continental breakfast in the restaurant and...

With the mold in the bathtub and the peeling wallpaper, the one thing this hotel decided to renovate was their thermostats. They now automatically reset to 72° if you do not move around every five minutes. Besides that, it took 40 minutes on hold trying to get someone at the front desk to answer the phone followed by having to...

It was at the peak of the holiday season when we checked in here as a family. We've booked online, but when we got here - there are no rooms available. Apparently been allocated to someone else. Had to wait till they find a room. Gave us free vouchers for the restaurant on the ground level - to help ease...
