I spent there 2 nights in september, the hotel is very unpersonal, staff is very formal and unfriendly, I felt like I am in some kind of factoy, because the lobby was always crowded with people. Parking 56 USD per night is very expensive, but what disappointed me the most was the fact, that when I asked to prepare a... More

Although the hotel is huge, neither the room nor the bathroom are. They are adequate but bland. There is one very good feature in this hotel, the Sky bar at the top of Tower 1. The drink is expensive, but there is no charge to use the lift as there has been in other high rise hotels we have visited.... More

A top notch hotel in a great location. Yes, it's pricey, but you get what you paid for. Rooms are very comfortable. Hotel has every amenity you can think of. Food in the hotel is overpriced, but the bar on the 46th floor is worth a visit for the view alone.

Enjoyed staying here for Thanksgiving. Cityscape skylounge at 49th floor overlooking San Francisco is a great way to spend the night after a day of sightseeing. Close to shops and tram to go to the piers.i

My other home is with the Hilton hotel chain and we received a nice upgrade room in tower 1. The view of the bridged was beautiful. The room was nice and clean and the cleaning staff were quick at cleaning the room. All the staff we met were professional and courteous. Great location if you like to shop and the... More

The rooms were large, rather dated; seems like they haven't upgraded in a while. Our room was extremely humid and water collected on the window and the sills. Arriving late, we didn't feel like transferring rooms. The bathroom sink leaked onto the counter, and every time you turned the water on it sprayed all over including our clothes as we... More

Lobby is lively and modern with lots of great places to hang out. Rooms are fine but small and not updated. There is a small window with a decent view, but we didn't spring for the city view since we didn't plan on spending much time in the room. Location is about 2 blocks from Macy's at Union Square and... More

There's a lot they get right here. Like checking in. And checking out. This place is big so that's no easy task. Both in and out, not more than 10 minutes. A good modern hotel, with a great location. Within easy reach of buses, trams etc. Only down side is that it has a lot of homeless and junkies nearby which can become tiresome in telling them to politely f..k off.
