During several stays over a period of 15+ years, I've never been disappointed by this place in a city where I once lived. If anything, the accommodations here have become better and better without radically raising the rates. The location, above Ocean Beach, across the street from Sutro Park and a very convenient bus stop, not far from a terrific...

We stayed here 2 different weekends in August, splitting our time with a stay near Yosemite. We chose this location because we have family nearby. The Seal Rock Inn is located just 2 blocks from the ocean where you'll find a beautiful beach. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers and walking along the beach and adjoining parks. Check in was...

Our main goal for this trip was to visit the Legion of Honor, so this place fit the bill for location. HOWEVER, we would NEVER stay there again. The room was large but dingy, the WI-FI never worked. The walls were thin and we almost could have participated in the conversation next door. The weather was great but the pool...

My husband and I drove down from Portland, Oregon to this hotel for our first stop of our honeymoon. Beware front desk closes at 10pm and is not staffed 24/7. So they left a key in the lobby for us. We went to the elevator and there was a bum sleeping in the elevator. My husband told him to get...

Previous reviews cover the motel and its surroundings. I pretty much agree. At least when the busses pull up to the stop and wait, they shut off their engines. My comments refer more to the restaurant which the desk clerk makes very clear is a separate enterprise - not connected to the motel (actually the manager of the restaurant leases...

We chose to stay here because of the Location Location Location. It is located by the sea and so many great placed to go hiking. The prices are extremely reasonable for staying in the City. Located just up the street from the Legendary Cliff House and such an amazing view. This adorable little find also has parking. No this is...

3 of us ladies stayed here from May 9 -15. The rooms were nice and spacious and we certainly made use of the kitchenette. The hotel is unique in it's charm and with 3 of us - definitely affordable. The location was about a few miles away from center city and we used public transportation thanks to our "Muni-passes". We...

We stayed here 6 nights and found the accomodations clean and spacious. We stayed in room 106. Our room had 2 twin beds, a queen, breakfast table, TV, desk and kitchenette (microwave, sink and fridge). The beds were comfortable, bathroom was renovated nicely with tile and the carpet was clean. We had a nice view of the ocean. The bus...

This Inn in San Francisco is a quirky gem in a great location. It is located a short block from the Cliff house and Sutro Baths. There are near by walking paths and a nice park. The bus stop is across the street. It is easily accessible if you arrive in the city from the Golden Gate Bridge. The best...
