Stayed here for 3 nights whilst on my honeymoon in November. We had a car, so parked on site in the underground car park. The price of parking here is very expensive, but on a par with all inner city parking we experienced whilst in the US. It is very secure and we were happy leaving the car here. The...

I went to San Francisco with my wife for a long delayed honeymoon (6 years of saving!) Upon arriving the reception desk staff noticed it was also my 30th birthday and offered to upgrade us to the presidential suite, which was bigger than the flat we lived in when we got married, and gave us free drinks vouchers - this...

This hotel is chalk full of tourist buses, but is a good location for that sort of thing. Walking distance to many places along the Embarcadero. But don't expect much with the rooms. They are dated and the hallways smell, and look, like a cruise ship. The staff, however, was very nice. They even offered a complimentary bottle of wine...

The bad: Had a disappointing experience at the Sheraton. I found the staff to be unhelpful. We went to the Lion King play and came home around 11pm. I contacted room service around 11:30pm to request a plate and a fork to eat leftovers I had in the room. I was told by room service "we are closed. You can...

The location is decent if you want to be near Fisherman's Wharf but the room and hallway decor is extremely funky, wasn't a fan. However the lobby was ok. I stayed here during Dreamforce a massive all-city convention so pricing was tough for a mid-grade property. Service was fine overall.

Dear Dfkcluv, Thanks for staying with us. Our decor definitely has a somewhat retro theme. Some Guests love it and some not so much. We will count you in the latter group and keep your input in mind as we plan our next update which is scheduled for 2017. It was our pleasure to serve you. We look forward to...

Centrally located in the Fisherman's Wharf area. Nice hotel, basic, no fridge or microwave. Good sized room. Easy access for walking the area. Pleasant staff. Paid parking, cheeper parking across the street, but no in and out.

Dear Igatz, Thanks for the four star rating for your recent stay with us at Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. We are happy to know that you enjoyed our central location, spacious room and pleasant staff members. Thanks for pointing out that the area parking lots do not allow in and out privileges. Since they charge by the 15-minute increment, leaving the...

Great stay! Very clean, well maintained property. The Sheraton is located in the perfect spot on the Wharf; close to all attractions and public transport. The staff went out of their way to help us during a fully booked weekend. A small bathroom is the only bad thing I have to say about the room we booked, but I'm 6'...

I had a guest from China, so needed a hotel with best location but also quiet enough to recover from the jet lag. Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf delivered both and ABOVE & BEYOND. I read TripAdvisor reviews and worried about some of the comments regarding the noise and bed. I called the hotel and Maggie at the front desk was exceptional!...

We returned to the Sheraton with our small dog. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained. Some 'delux SPG' rooms have refrigerators. It is quiet if the room is not on the street or the entry driveway. Not luxurious, but when in SF most people don't spend much time in the hotel. For those people, this...

Most things about this place are just ok , the location saves it , you cannot get better position if after fishermans wharf area, it's second to none. Place really needs an overhaul though. It is quite noisy though , downside of the handy location I guess.
