This hotel is in a great location for Fisherman's Wharf activities and attractions, but it's just not as nice as it should be for the price. We booked as an Express deal on priceline and got a decent price, but it was still overpriced. Room was fine, decent size and okay decor, but not anything special, and only a tiny...

Thank you for sharing about your recent stay at our hotel. We always appreciate hearing our guest’s feedback .Our ideal location in Fisherman’s Wharf is a great jumping off point for exploring the city. Unfortunately with such an ideal location parking is at a premium in our area. Guest’s do love our public areas not only to utilize our complimentary...

Lovely hotel great location. Excellent concierge and service. Room upgraded at no charge. Recomended. The beds are sooooooo comfy clean and massive. This hotel is of a high standard. My only thing i would change would be that the bar was only open until 11pm.

We are a couple in our mid 40's who stayed with 2 other couples in Aug/13. Arriving by car it is a bit congested but it seems that is the norm for San Fran. Check in was fast/friendly/simple and our room was ready (2:00 pm). Room was roomy, clean and ok. I thought the bathroom area was dated. I also...

Great position to enjoy the sights and sounds of Fisherman's Wharf, check in was easy and painless however could have been in a better position as we stood in line for the concierge 1st but we did have a few kids in tow! The bar and reception area are very good and after checking in we were despatched to our...

Thank you for taking the time to share about your recent stay at the Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf. We apologize that our bathrooms did not live up to your expectations and we are addressing the water pressure issues that you mentioned. This is not an issue we encounter very often. We appreciate your feedback so that we may ensure all aspects...

We arrived from London after a long trip and were made very welcome. Check in was really quick and easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was opposite the entrance but noise wasn't a problem. There was however some noise from neighbouring rooms and the room above although not at unsociable times. The hotel and the...

If you want to do all the touristy things - Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz, Ghirardelli Square, etc.- you can't beat this location. Our check in was incredibly easy (less than 5 minutes) and the staff was friendly. They even arranged to have a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries brought up to our room when we mentioned that it was...

The Sheraton was renovated a few years ago, so it is fresh and modern. While Fisherman's Warf is not (in my opinion) the best neighborhood in San Francisco, the location of the Sheraton is very good. You can get to most SF attractions and neighborhoods easily. The traffic and congestion of downtown can make it difficult to navigate the city...

The hotel is one block away from Fisherman's Wharf. The location is fantastic! You can walk to the wharf, Union Square, and also the Cable Car turn around. The hotel beds are wonderful and the hotel room is very quiet. They were very generous stalking the rooms with complimentary bottled water and coffee. The parking is expensive but it is...

I booked this hotel blind through hotwire and was horrified when I saw some of the reviews. However now that w have visited this is our opinion: The hotel is in a fantastic location and frankly this is what you pay for in our opinion. I do not think that in the UK this would be classed as a four...

This was our second visit to this hotel in 2 years and we enjoyed it just as much. On our first visit we moved from a hotel around Union Square because of the noise.
