I had the pleasure to stay here in March prior to boarding our cruise. We stayed for 2 nights. We had a late check in and they were well prepared for us. Very nice and efficient front desk personnel. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfy. The location was fantastic for the Wharf. The only negative and...

If you're looking to be right in the thick of much of San Francisco's tourist spots, the Sheraton is a great choice. The hotel could use updating, but it's clean enough and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were here for business so the location wasn't fantastic, but the price point was.

Clean, functional hotel great for a couple of nights as it is just off Fisherman's Wharf and 5 minutes from Pier 39. Good tour company also five minutes walk away and cheap restaurants nearby. Hotel lacks character it is purely functional. Good size bedroom but the bathroom was tiny. Sink was opposite the wardrobe so there was nowhere to put...

Great Concierge team JJ, Jessie and especially Jennifer, she went out of her way to help us and we found alll her recommendations spot on. Stayed for 6 nights, good location at Fishermans wharf, lovely Sheraton bed as expected, reasonable room with small odd bathroom. The big downfall is the ridiculous Internet situation, we have struck this before with the...

Good hotel, up to Sheraton standards, front desk people great, they helped me print my boarding pass at no cost.Good cost-value, walking distance to the MIUINI and obviously to the Wharf, the concierge is great but over run, probably a second concierge on weekends could help. The downside was that i booked a king bed and was not available...also I...

My wife and I stayed at The Sheraton, Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco as part of the first leg of our American honeymoon adventure. After our 11 hour flight we were glad of a quick 30 minute transfer from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is perfect for a city break and our room couldn’t have been better. It is...

We stayed at the Sheraton at Fishermans Wharf for 3 nights in march and our stay was fantastic. Right from arrival the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, massive bed, desk area, sofa, chair with a decent bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is expensive, about $45 per night, but that's no different...

This hotel was so much better than it looked from the outside we were a bit worried from our first impression. The inside is what you would expect from a Sheridan hotel our room was quite a walk from the elevator but the room was really spacious and lovely would recommend we were pleasantly surprised.

This hotel was okay. It's one of the nicer ones in San Fran because it's in the tourist area (Fishermans wharf). The service was decent, pricing was okay considering the short notice and it being on a Friday night, and the room was clean and maintained. It's a good hotel for families traveling. The shower pressure was a little weak,...

This hotel was clean, personnel was friendly and accommodating. Valet parking was speedy and friendly. The only draw back is that it was very difficult to find hotel entrance because of road construction. (Nothing the hotel could help.) We've stayed here before and it is walking distance to the wharf! We were upgraded because we are Starwood members too!
