This boutique hotel is charming, peaceful, and friendly amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. I have been staying here for years and the recent renovations give the whole property a modern, luxurious feel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Union Square, within walking distance to all of the great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. As for...

We had 4 wonderful nights at the Inn at Union Square at the end of April. A wonderful location, comfortable and excellent bathroom. Loved the update. The breakfast was perfect as was the wine hour. We walked everywhere - from the Ferry building, AT&T, BART to the airport and of course to all the shopping. It was so close to...

Centered around shopping areas - busy especially with conferences - efficient, friendly check-in and staff. Room accommodation average with comfortable beds. Make certain you request a high floor to avoid street noise. Even on fourteenth floor street noise was noticeable. Bathroom water noise from adjoining rooms and above. (It is an older building.) About a nine minute ride to the...

I have been to San Francisco many times with work and stayed in the big hotels like Westin, Hilton etc, but this little gem is well and truly my favorite. Lovely, helpful staff, big, beautiful rooms with modern bathroom, great location. I will stay here every time from now on.

My wife and I always stay at this small Boutique Hotel when visiting San Francisco. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very professional without being over the top. The location cannot be beat. The complimentary continental breakfast and evening wine and cheese are excellent. Take a step back in time, get away from the mega impersonal...

I stayed here while visiting my daughter in San Francisco and wanted to post a glowing review! My room was spacious, well decorated and looked recently renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As I was departing, Omar ran out to give me oatmeal cookies that I had missed the day before. (I didn't realize that fresh baked cookies...

Fully modernized and comfortable room in a vintage building adjacent to Union Square in Lower Nob Hill. I was upgraded to a King Suite, which had a front room overlooking the street allowing a feeling of being in the city. The bedroom located in the back was quiet and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The location was proximate to many things...

Vintage looking building bring you to the past but rooms in contrast are modern with plushy beds and large spaces, nice concierge bring you chocolate in the afternoon. Location is perfect, close to great dinning, Chinatown, The San Francisco trolley just around the corner will take you to Fisherman Ward. Plenty of shopping and galleries near by. Very warm and...

Centrally located within a safe area of the city it provided us a great location for the hop on/ hop off bus routes, shopping and restuarants. would recommend this hotel for couples who want to experience...

This is a hotel in a noisy location for 2 reasons. The front of the hotel faces a busy street in the Central Business District with a glut of nearby pedestrians at all times of day and night. The second reason is the main thing that ruined my stay. If you stayed in a room deeper in the property on...
