Comfortable hotel in a great location at the entrance to Chinatown. While we were there, the lobby was being remodeled, so should be nice in the near future.
Coffee available in the morning, free and actually pretty good.

The service was great! The room was something out of cat and the hat! Great location, and a Starbucks across the street. The bed is very comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom was really small with rust in the shower.
The staff is very friendly there and we had a fun time The rooms were being remodeled but they were beautiful with a classy look. We use the gym but was very clean and the coffee is very good in the morning
Originally home to rallies supporting the Union Army in the Civil War, this grand square has become the city's premier shopping and entertainment district containing the largest number of upscale department stores, chic boutiques, art galleries and theatres in the city. It's a large open area where tourists and locals gather, watch cable cars and crowds go by, enjoy a snack, or plan their day of shopping and
sightseeing, If feeling the pulsating energy of the city is on your agenda, Union Square is the place to soak it in.
As others have suggested, asking the hotel is probably the best approach. Other than that, perhaps you can find a cheaper off-site parking lot, leave your car there, and get around SF by walking or public transit.
