Staff here were lovely and friendly! Quaint but very colourful little hotel and it was in a good location. Taxis could be ordered at reception and would arrive within a couple of minutes). Down side was the rooms were dark (they could do with changing the dark brown blinds!). The original double room that we got was tiny so we...

Thanks for reviewing your recent stay at Hotel Triton! We are so happy you enjoyed our colorful charm and our location in the middle of all the action. We're excited to share that we're about to get a makeover, which will include our curtains ;) We will definitely check in with our staff about having more and better recommendations nearby...

Love the bright colours that greet you in Reception. Staff are fun and friendly. Situated right next to the entrance to China Town. Convenient for Union Square and central San Francisco. Only downside, rooms are small (at least ours was), the sink is on the main bedroom, only the bath and toilet are en-suite.

Matt, thank you for this lovely review of your recent stay at Hotel Triton! We are so thrilled to hear our staff was both helpful and fun - we really pride ourselves on our boutique charm and ability to get great people behind the desk and throughout the hotel. Got in at 10pm, staff friendly enough. Room was small and very noisy due to an outside aircon unit a floor below our room. When we left we noticed we had been charged for the 4 night stay which we had already paid for and had given them a voucher as proof. Also they informed us it would be 30...

Thank you for this review, as we aim to make improvements based on your feedback. We are sometimes unable to identify how long it takes for payment refunds to be processed, but surprised to hear one of our staff members noted a 30 day wait. We're happy to hear that was worked out and apologize for not being able to...

I loved this hotel!! The location is spot on right next to union square where all your shops and places to eat are also China town on your door step and about 20 minute walk to pier 39. It was the staff who really made it for us always friendly and happy to help. We did alcatraz and the golden...

Not my first visit to the Triton and it won't be the last. This is a wonderfully located, very friendly SF hotel. It's got just the right level of quirkiness - meaning it's not a bland chain, it has character. Located right by China's Town and shop and a skip from Union Square, it makes a great base. And with...

Perfect spot for exploring San Fran. My "quiet" day on arrival turned into a 25km adventure. Located close to public transport and easy to catch cabs and uber from. Room decor is unique. I was very fortunate to stay in the Jerry Garcia suite after a mistake was made on my second booking. Beds were very comfortable. Good value.

Stayed only one night but this place is impressive. You wouldn't expect this to be such a funky hotel from outside but rooms are full of character rooms have what you need. Love the decor! Brilliant location too - surely be back when in sf

The pillow covers smells awful like a pee and it's not been washed for few days. I am a little bit disappointed considering that the reviews I read were very good. On a positive note, the staff are all very professional, friendly and willing to assist in my needs during my stay.

Edgardo, Thank you for reviewing your recent stay at Hotel Triton. The staff were very cordial and helpful to us in navigating restaurants and attractions in San Francisco. We would certainly stay at Hotel Triton again.
