The location and price for this hotel were quite favorable. The accommodations left much to be desired. It felt closer to a hostel than a hotel. The decor was unique and the lobby was clean. But, our room was tiny and run down. Our room was 2 stars at best. If it weren't for the great location I would be...

I arrived on a recent Sunday afternoon to find a large French speaking tourist group checking in. I had to wait for maybe twenty minutes to get to speak to the front desk. As I was waiting I heard them tell a other guest they were over booked and would send them over to another property. I wasn't so lucky....

Nice hotel, very clean, fridge full of drinks and a basket full of snacks. Across from China Town. Plenty of eating places around. Buses, cable cars and trolleys available to get to all the sights. Helpful staff.,

The staff was friendly and offered advice of what to do in the city as well as offered to assist in finding ticked for attractions. This hotel is in a convenient location. It has a cute theme, but the rooms and bathrooms are very small. Good hotel for a night or two, but no more than that.

Staff was friendly and super helpful. The room is adequate. My only complaints are a tub coated in soap scum and poor temperature control. I stayed during a really minor heat wave and the only relief was a window unit air conditioner that was loud. That was tolerable, but as stupid as it sounds, the sheets made it so much...

The Triton was perfect for my say. Great location. Totally clean. Friendly staff. I felt very safe. This is a very nice hotel without the frills. I was on the sixth floor which helps with the street traffic noise if you aren't used to being in a city.

Triton is in a very convenient location. The staff were super helpful, and efficient. Overall it had a quirky style, as shown in their photos. However, I was a bit disappointed in my room, as it had a very small window and outside noise was considerable even on the 6th floor.

The hotel was located in a great central location for our vacation. We did not rent a car and enjoy walking. We were close enough to walk to Fisherman's Wharf, Cable Car Museum, China Town, AT&T Stadium, etc. The rooms were very compact but clean and a little out dated décor. The bathroom needed updating, badly. But the service was...
