I was here with my friend and had a very pleasant stay here. All the staff had great attitude, helpful, and always available. I would like to especially thank the manager Punya who took time to recommend places of interest we can visit during our stay and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Their breakfast spread was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location superb. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Francisco.

Excellent front desk staff. Needed three rooms for two nights and were put next to one another, which was convenient. Beds comfy (double beds really comfy), breakfast included and very well done. Very convenient location. Good value and would definitely stay again.

Excellent Hotel. Break fast is very good. Union Square is very close by. Cable Car stop is there. Can enjoy food in many eating joints near to the hotel. You can easily go to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 29 and other intresting place from the hotel.

Wonderful Hotel with great staff, especially Punya did an excellent job at reception. Rooms were big, silent and very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast served. Hotel ist located very close to Union Square, cable car just around the corner. We can highly recommend this Hotel.

They charged us $200 min.as a deposit. Checked our room before we left claimed there was a stain and kept the deposit. Website said street parking available but then we were told that no we had to park in the parking garage and than we were charged more than $50 to park. This all seems a bit outrageous and we would never recommend staying here.

Hello Simran Thank you for your recent stay, we understand that you have many choices when visiting SF. We do have a deposit request before we check guests in, this is to ensure that we are able to recover additional charges such as parking, long distance phone calls, movies or any damage that may happen during your stay. The damage left in our room after your stay dictated that we were not able to simply wash our bed spread, we were required to throw away the whole spread. While Expedia may advertise street parking, this situation is a bit more contentious than other areas. We do not recommend street parking for a variety of reasons with safety being the first and foremost. We partner with a secure lot at the best prices we could find. We are more saddened to hear when a guest has their car towed or broken into while parking on the street which would be more than the $50 to remedy. I am glad i was able to speak with you before you checked out, thank you for mentioning that you enjoyed all other aspects of your stay. Kindest Regards Jay

That’s a such a classic hotel with the luxurious rooms. There is a bonfire station which is opposite of the long couch at the lobby area. The staffs are friendly and helpful, particularly, Mr. Punya is helpful, dependable, and caring, This hotel is in the good location and close to the China town.

We loved the warmth and good treatment of Punya, the best employee at the front desk, he was very kind and attentive, he always gave us the information we needed. I would definitely stay there again for the friendliness and good treatment, it is also located in a very accessible place.
