We enjoyed our stay at the Edwardian hotel, however it is very basic. Our room was very small but clean - but so small that there wasn't enough room for a kettle/fridge etc so we couldn't even make a cup of tea! However, I think rooms on other floors are larger. Location is ok - central, but in a bit... More

The hotel is correct. The location is in market street but 15 min walking to downtown. In the area there is a lot of homeless, they are not dangerous but they are. The hotel was very clean, but the room was small and we got a private bathroom outside the room which was uncomfortable. Besides, the hotel and personnel was... More

Knowing that the weekend I planned for a SFO visit was going to be very busy, I knew that I would pay a premium for my hotel. The Edwardian was in a location that was convenient for where I was planning to visit, and the reviews on Trip Advisor were positive. As like many of review the staff was very... More

We stayed here for one night. It was fine but I wouldn't stay for any longer as its so small. Two people and two bags fill the room and there is no where to move. When booking I didn't seem to make me aware of how small it actually is. The shower has poor water quality and there was on... More

The Edwardian Hotel was close to Hayes Valley and very fresh and clean. Sadly, the smell from the Brazilian Churrascaria downstairs permeated our room all night long and the shower was a tiny trickle of cold water.

The room was very clean and the location was great. The room was a reasonable size for San Francisco, however the bathroom was huge! The staff was very helpful, but there is nobody on the clock after 11pm if you need assistance late at night. The location was perfect!

The Edwardian is perfectly located and right across from the trolley stop. The rooms are small, but very clean. I picked this hotel because of the reasonable price and location. Plus this hotel has private bathrooms which is a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a kick to use the small elevator up to... More

The hotel had a nice makeover. It makes that the rooms are bright, full of light and most has a nice view on Marketstreet. At the beginning of the mission and Gastro area, Edwardian is located at a perfect spot to discover San Francisco. Just around the corner you find a good breakfast place and some very nice restaurants. Edwardian... More
