Stayed 3 nights: spacious and quiet room on the 7th floor. Furnished/decorated with taste and moderation. Friendly, professional, very discreet staff. Bathroom needs updating but is fully efficient. Central and convenient location, though not "charming". Very pleasant stay, thank you!

The description says it all. Small boutique hotel, under renovation now. Ok area to get around San Francisco, local small greasy spoons nearby. No air-conditioning, hotel also upgrading lobby, coffee stand but not open until around 7am.

Location is convenient, close to Union Square. Lobby is fun, but our rooms were small and there was no breakfast in the hotel, we had to cross the street to get our breakfast. Service was average, no valet parking. We were expecting more.

My wife and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary and just want to stay in a central place in the city. The staff prepare our room in a very romantic scene with rose pedals in our bed, candles nicely distributed in the room and two figures of swans representing our celebration. My wife and I were delighted with such details to enhance...

A good central location with union square, china town an easy walk. Currently has no restaurant and limited choice for breakfast nearby. Rooms are small and being old the floorboards creek so sleeping not easy. Can't honestly recommend it but not sure how much choice there is at the price. There are several more up market hotels nearby but no...

Dear Richard B, We certainly appreciate that you took the time to share your review about your recent stay with us. My friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was an awesome place with friendly staff! Our room was clean and didn't smell like an old hotel room. Sebastian was very helpful and recommended a lot of places to go to since we told him we don't really visit the city that often. The place decor was nice! Union...

My wife and I stayed here on part of our honeymoon. The hotel gave us a high room which was very quiet. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Location was a bit out of the way, which was okay with my husband and I. There was construction going on, which we knew (although much louder and more intrusive then expected).
